This is a beautiful alpine resort in a small town called Seefeld which is about 10 miles from Innsbruck. It was very easy to take the train into Innsbruck. The town of Seefeld is charming!

This is one of the best stays and experiences. I highly recommend and we look forward to staying again. The staff were exceptional! The hotel is well situated, well designed and maintained. The spa was serene and clean. There is a lot to do just at the resort without needing to step out. Overall a wonderful experience.

The hotel is generally not too bad, the only downside being the spa. During our stay, there were no massages available by the pool, and the water was cold. As for the sauna, when my companion and I intended to relax for a few minutes, to our great surprise, and especially to my wife's astonishment, a man named ************** appeared, which deeply shocked us. We then decided to leave.

The quality of the hotel service, the food, the location (it's not right in the heart of the downtown area, but it's very convenient), the hospitality of the hotel staff, etc. all received perfect marks. The price is quite high, but it's a great hotel that exceeds the price.

Staff courteous and welcoming. Room was nice and clean. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was amazing, and also had easy access to the subway/train system.

The staff was super friendly, but unfortunately they put us on the 6th floor. The hallway said, they have some issue up there. The roof after to is a like shortly on the sides because of the design. I would not recommend the 6th floor. The shower floods the floor, you have to block with towels.

This was a great hotel in the middle of literally everything. The rooms were more spacious than I had originally thought, with amenities like a coffee maker and kettle. Like many hotels in Europe though, you can't control the AC/heating.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Trofana Royal - our favourite hotel in the Austrian Alps! The rooms, facilities and restaurant are all excellent - really hard to find any fault at all. Just completed another (our 3rd) perfect stay at the Burg Vital. The property is beautiful, the food is 10/10, the staff and team are wonderful, the bar is always relaxing, the location cannot be beat, and everything is convenient. This has become a special place and visit for our family.

Just completed another (our 3rd) perfect stay at the Burg Vital. The property is beautiful, the food is 10/10, the staff and team are wonderful, the bar is always relaxing, the location cannot be beat, and everything is convenient. This has become a special place and visit for our family.

This is our sixth straight summer going to Burg Vital for a holiday. As always it was excellent. Food, wine, hotel, location. wellness, service all perfect. We had good weather as well so could enjoy some hiking as well as the lovely outside pool. Look forward to coming back again next year.

It is a real shame when you arrive at your ski location and then don't get the room combination you have booked for years and ordered again last time. My husband and I had a fabulous stay at the Hotel Arlberg for our first visit to Lech. The hotel is family run and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with excellent service. The Hotel is fantastic!! Its run by a family and the owner and sons are there 24/7. The service is extraordinary. Every one is looking after you. The hotel has best ski lookers and ski rental just meters aways..Everything is done so you do not worry about anything... if you haver ever ski in the US this is the dream ski town.
