Sea view room, very close to the sea and Baku Old City.

When we went up with our luggage, we found the room was absolutely saturated with cigarette smoke. The reception staff were completely unhelpful and refused to change the smoky room, claiming there were no alternatives

Great value for money. Good location walking distance to the Malls. Nice enough room.

Before our departure, it started raining, and it didn't stop for a day and a half. To top it all off, the room became terribly cold at night, with the wind blowing directly into the windows

Hot water was only available in the shower, and even that was a mess – a broken rainforest shower head. As for the sink, there was neither water pressure nor hot water throughout our stay

Despite 'no smoking' signs plastered everywhere, the smell of cigarettes was pervasive – in the elevator lobbies, near reception, and constantly wafting from neighboring rooms

Great value for money in a good location. The rooms were , modern and had everything we needed for a short stay. The staff were frienly and alway ready to help.

Before coming to Baku, I had made reservations at three different hotels. All three were located in the city center. Among the ones I checked, my choice was Parliament Hotel because the rooms were new and clean

The amenities offered by the hotel are of high quality, especially the spa and restaurant services, which I really enjoyed. The breakfast was rich and delicious, providing a great start to my day

It was a very clean and nice hotel with. I really don't get all the hate comments from people from a certain country. We stayed for 5 nights in last week(April 2025) and we had nothing to complain about the room

Some of the bathroom fittings (bidet, shower head) needs replacing. They also ask for a deposit of 50 Manat or to hold onto a passport, which is bit weird this day and age, but not the end of the world

My wife and I stayed several nights at Capitol during our visit to Baku. Overall, we had a very good experience with the hotel. The good - the room is decently sized and doesn't feel crammed

It was clean,warm and spacious. They had made the bathroom floor and the towel racks warm too. The breakfast buffet had a spread(not too big though) of quality food

Breakfast buffet was well stocked with good variety - my wife and I have very different tastes, but we both found a decent enough combination every morning

The hotel staff was very polite and answered many questions attentively. The hotel is in a great location, right in the business district and very convenient. Parking is a little inconvenient, but overall it's good.

Everything was good from the check in to the check out .. location was super convenient .. staffs were good .. they took good care of everything

Cons of the hotel: - we were checked in later than the specified check-in time; - there are questions about the cleaning: stains on the carpet, other people's hair in the bathroom; - no bedside tables next to the bed; - tasteless breakfast

Nearby is a beautiful city park, where lavender was in full bloom (the smell was crazy). Breakfasts were fresh, but monotonous. At my request, they changed my room to a more spacious one, without any extra charges

There is a laundry service, the prices are very reasonable. The terms of these services are short (I dropped off my clothes in the evening, and picked them up clean and ironed in the morning)

The hotel is quiet, although there were quite a few residents. My room was spacious, located on the second floor, the window overlooked the area where breakfast was held

Of the minuses - horrible Internet connection, maid service (one day was not cleaned at all) to wait for hot water, it is necessary to drain long cold, the sea is very conditional through the construction site and kind of scary dilapidated building

The carpet is also old, of course, smeared with chewing gum from the previous occupants, but that doesn't bother me too much. I've been here for 5 days, and everything suited me

$3 for an hour of pool time for each of my children. I think the price matches the quality. For me, as an ordinary person, the hotel was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and warm. The bed linen and towels were clean

There is a shared kitchen and a dining room where everyone can cook for themselves. On the third day of my stay, I asked for the room to be cleaned and the towels and bed linen changed. Everything was done right away

I had my toy (wedding party) here. so it by default gets 5 stars! ? Okay. it is a great place for parties. Food is delicious and more than enough. The wait staff is attentive and rapid

The metro is right nearby, so you can get to any point in Baku. There are cafes, shops, pedestrian walkways, and more. The boulevard is also just a short walk away

They provided shower gel, shampoo (it didn't really suit me, but I didn't want to buy it because they don't let you on the plane), toothbrushes, and toothpaste

Although it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, there's a supermarket nearby that sells almost everything, and there are also restaurants, so I'm quite satisfied.

This hotel is located in a cluster of hotels in the center of Baku. There is a large supermarket nearby. The hotel is clean and hygienic, the staff are very nice, and there is plenty of water. It's really great.

We had a very good experience staying at this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The only thing is the Tv reception dont have english channel. But you can bring HDMI with you so you can connect your device

Location wise, its a 10-minute walk to Nizami Street which one of the must-place visit in Baku. The City Tour is happening around this area too. Its like 30-mins drive to airport but they have shuttle services as well

It's a pretty good hotel with spacious rooms and decent location. We stayed here for 6 days in Nov 2025. Though the rooms doesn't have a view and breakfast platter is also not great, still overall experience was good

They gave us a very big room with clean linens,,clean toilets and a decent breakfast. Love their old style decor and there are good restaurants and departmental stores nearby

The have the same breakfast everyday. Cheese, cold meat, fruits, jam, honey and eggs. Location: you can easily get a taxi or bolt to get to tourists attractions within 10 minutes

A hotel employee carried our suitcases up and down to the sixth floor. The view from the balcony is stunning, and the old town is a leisurely 12-minute walk away, with cozy restaurants with verandas everywhere

And only for two days they offered to change the room, but there was also strange things for me, couldn’t plug the refrigerator because the socket was too far, sometimes there where no hot ater in shower, also why so tiny trash bin?!! Please take care better of your guest! We still pay for that!

Breakfast not good, the room wasn’t clean enough, bed sheets was torn with the holes, also noise from outside, no hair dryer , no toilettes, no refrigerator
