You can have a relaxing experience here as the neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful. In this price range, it is truly a great option. As a solo female traveller, it was very safe

Good value for money for someone who's spending all day exploring Baku. Most importantly for me that had a private parking and are tucked away in a quiet hill just a short cab drive anywhere

Beautiful, clean, large rooms! Stayed here for a few times and always wish to come back again. It is a very nice hotel for the price. Breakfast is very good and location is just about 5 minutes drive from downtown

Staff are kind and accepted late check out. Location is not the best, but you can find Bolt taxi easily and go anywhere in Baku with 1. The hotel is a famous destination for Arabs

Parking is unavailable, and there’s no proper waiting area for taxis. The biggest letdown was the breakfast, which wasn’t good at all

The meals were not tasty at all, breakfast was awful; rooms even Deluxe category were not clean; very noisy, impossible to have rest

Hospitality is phenomenal especially Mr Shaheryar was readily available at the reception to help u out for day trips, advice and guidance related to travel and exchange of money etc

It's very close to May28 and there's a 24-hour supermarket nearby, so it's cheap and good considering the location. The staff are polite and kind. However, the water pressure in the shower is a bit weak.

The only major drawback is the breakfast. I'm not very picky about hotel food, but it was terrible. The sausages and cold meats with cheese tasted like paper, and the vegetables were tasteless

Instead of coffee (at least instant), the options for two days included 3-in-1 tea bags, and only bergamot tea. There was a large lump in the cottage cheese, and when I tried to break it apart, it contained mold

The room includes slippers and robes, shampoo and shower gel, a kettle, and bottles of water. The curtains and net curtains didn't close properly and were partially torn from the curtain rod

A small cosmetic renovation in the bathroom would add a touch of polish (the unsightly peeling edges of the baseboards really spoil the look). The mattress and bed linens are comfortable

The location is very convenient, close to the airport express train, a mall, and the waterfront and old town. The hotel is in a courtyard, so it's quiet at night

I visited the Spa I like the Massage 200% But the Hammam it’s to bad I really don’t like it The guy who work there he just want to finish costumer without work quality You have to ask him to used disposable tools He used the used items without care of how that impact on people !!! You have to lead them and show him how to work

I basically went there for the Spa Aynoor and Nargis were very professional, and id recommend this spa for anyone travelling to Baku

We are family of 4 stated in this hotel for 3 nights in last December. Rooms are very clean and neat with lot of space. Hotel is located somewhat a small uphill so the view is awesome

Very tasty Breakfast, especially for the sweet tooth. Excellent cook for Breakfast 2-3 complex dishes, not counting eggs, oatmeal and sausages. Be sure to have a couple of salads+ vegetables

Over all staff are very nice and helpful, they advertise breakfast as buffet, its only basic, with an omelette, although it is niceley presented, but no variety, you have to pay for pool and sauna, although this should be included for all guests

This hotel is good for guests that wish spend time on the beach as it s located not so far from the beach, but it is not the best beach in town as water in that area is not so clean as on other side of Absheron

I like to leave an honest review, so it may help others. On arrival do not book airport transfer from this hotel, as they will ask for 50manal. Book through Bolt for a taxi, will cost you 13 manal

The hotel is located in Xincheng District, not on the main road. Parking is convenient, the facilities are very new, and the breakfast is worthy of the price
