Breakfasts were enjoyable and varied enough that they certainly wouldn't get boring over a 2-3 day stay. This hotel truly salvaged our impression of Baku and saved our entire vacation

Central hotel excellent location. The owner was very helpful with finding a tailormade solution for our needs, booking and information through phone and whatsapp, Helpful staff on reception

Both the hotel and our room were lovely, clean, and bright. It looks just like the pictures. The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower was excellent with great water pressure

The front desk staff immediately offered us two room options and even proactively suggested showing them to us before we had a chance to ask. Ultimately, we chose a standard room

I confirm that the reception hall is tiny and small but as tourist for me the room was more important. Breakfast is on average but is alligned with the hotel cost

We had to escape to this hotel from another terrible one, so we were quite on edge and arrived without a reservation

But what truly stood out was the hotel’s food , absolutely beyond expectations! I tried several dishes during my stay, and every single one was flavorful, beautifully presented, and worth sharing (photos attached!)

The spa was another highlight ,a perfect place to unwind after a long day. Overall, Alba Hotel & Spa exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and a touch of luxury!

The staff was excellent, the rooms were excellent for the price you pay. The hotels vicinity to the city is a bit far but it’s still excellent for what it has to offer

Restaurant staff is friendly and attentive and Mr Elcan and the Restaurant Manager should get highest rating for their service

It was a very luxurious hotel, even more so than the price. The amenities were well-equipped and the rooms were clean, so I was very satisfied. It was a little far from the metro station, but that was enough

Had a three night stay here, it was over all good, the rooms were clean and good size. the matrass wasn't that comfortable for me however not a big deal, location is good breakfast was i can say average

The rooms are great, they clean every day, but as for changing bed linen - not every day. They may not supply shampoo if it runs out. Free water. Swedish breakfasts - just gorge yourself, super

I liked the hotel. Very clean, cleaning every day, snow-white sheets and towels, robes, slippers, everything is available. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Mini bar is paid.

The location is good: a safe area, there is a VTB ATM and a large shopping center near the nearest metro station. I give it a 5 for the price/quality ratio)

The hotel was fairly clean, but there weren't enough electrical outlets.

The breakfast menu was excellent, the room was clean, and most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly. Mohammed, in particular, was always smiling and attentive, always ready to help with any needs.

Even open the door in a taxi 😅 I especially want to highlight the manager Rafael, who even showed a city map and told us where to go. The bed, pillows, and bedding were comfortable

The front desk staff were friendly, the rooms were quiet and clean, the hot water in the bathroom was excellent, and there was a small balcony that was full of sunshine

Also, when I told them that my flight the next day was late at night, they said I could kill time in the lobby. I will use this hotel again when I visit Baku again

Very cozy, beautiful, but the rooms need to be renovated, we had three rooms, so 2 of them were really tired, furniture, carpet, dishes in the restaurant

Facilities: The facilities are rather old. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is so-so; the carpets were quite dirty because the hotel is old

Excellent location, suitable for a 5-day stay. Payment can be made at reception using the SBP. Breakfast was quite decent for the price. Cons: We stayed on the third floor; renovations were underway above during the day

Breakfasts are not bad, the staff is responsive and friendly! In general, the impression was pleasant

Although while check in we faced some issue as the hotel manager was not able to my booking and it was late night as well

But after talking with mmt customer care, issue was resolved and we got an alternate stay for one day in other nearby hotel

The small suite we had was spacious enough. There were shops, clubs, restaurants and otherwise at a close distance. This did make for some noise at night. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was really nice

The bathroom seemed brand new, maybe less than a year since it was renovated. The staff was kind and helpful. The spa is not in the building but it is directly across the street, maybe 30 second walk

This hotel is good and most of the employees don't know english due to that reason not behaving properly. They do not clean the room daily, not keeping the toilet items like soups and even towels

You can clearly see it from the door. The doorman will walk you over and help you communicate there. We didn’t go to the breakfast but many people did so it’s probably good

The accommodation experience is particularly good! I'm glad to have stayed at this hotel for a week! All the staff are particularly enthusiastic and kind, the environment is clean, and there is also a delicious local restaurant nearby

We chose a location close to the stadium, it was very convenient! The room is comfortable! When I return to Baku, I will gladly stay there again!

It's not a hotel but motel as we were said by taxi-driver. Our room was really huge but dirty with the smell of olds. Our bedroom was full of ***** hair which scared us a lot

I recommend to include breakfast in the bouquet. Also you’ll be getting free massage, but as we were late so we could not take the massage but the hotel was very good. The location was very nice like in walkable distance

I think there is a short in their staff, as the receptionist was the one who carried our bags to the room. The room cleaning didn't clean the room even for one time in our 3 nights stay

Cars cannot enter, and it takes about 6 minutes to walk to the hotel after dropping off the passengers. It is a 5-minute walk from the Maiden Tower

A small minus was not always a large selection of dishes for breakfast - but again, this is not a huge disadvantage. We were absolutely delighted with our stay!

The location of the hotel is divine - right in the Old City. Even if the hotel had some shortcomings, the location factor would completely cover them

The hotel address was wrong; the taxi we took from the address on the itinerary led us to the wrong place. The room was 30 degrees Celsius, with no air conditioning, making my friend and me very hot and bothered

Laila was a wonderful resource for everything we needed. The breakfast buffet is worth a trip for that alone…and it is hard not to love the parakeets singing nearby

Wonderful hotel, we were there for the second time and were very pleased! The rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable with access to the balcony and a view of the city and the sea, comfortable beds and pillows, excellent soundproofing, all equipment and the room itself are in good condition, fresh robes, towels, slippers, regular replenishment of disposable: coffee, tea, shampoos, gels, etc
