The location is good: a safe area, there is a VTB ATM and a large shopping center near the nearest metro station. I give it a 5 for the price/quality ratio)

The hotel was fairly clean, but there weren't enough electrical outlets.

The breakfast menu was excellent, the room was clean, and most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly. Mohammed, in particular, was always smiling and attentive, always ready to help with any needs.

Even open the door in a taxi 😅 I especially want to highlight the manager Rafael, who even showed a city map and told us where to go. The bed, pillows, and bedding were comfortable

The front desk staff were friendly, the rooms were quiet and clean, the hot water in the bathroom was excellent, and there was a small balcony that was full of sunshine

Also, when I told them that my flight the next day was late at night, they said I could kill time in the lobby. I will use this hotel again when I visit Baku again

The hotel itself is, well, average. There are stains on the carpet, and it's not very clean. Breakfast is varied, but not very tasty

What impressed me the most was the staff — they were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality really made me feel welcome and taken care of

It’s a very good hotel: great location, helpful staff. Breakfast was the only drawback, but still not too bad. You can have tomato to meet your VC demand and you can order separate omelette, fresh and hot.

I stayed at Atropat Hotel during my trip to Baku and loved the location. Being right in the Old City made it easy to explore the historical sites on foot. The staff was polite and always ready to help

The first price goes to Nurya who during the week I stayed in Dinamo became kind of family. Thank you! We hade two standard rooms, but had an upgrade for one of them. Both were beautiful, big, greatly decorated

I really liked the hotel is new, everything is fresh !!! It’s a little complicated for Russian-speaking guests, the menu is in Latin, in the Azerbaijani language, and it is not clear what to order! Five minutes walk to the beach, sand by the sea, in general, the next time I’ll come here again! And I will certainly recommend !!!!

And here on one side there is almost nothing, on the other - the sea. In terms of cleanliness, it's ok, but it's smoky. I don't know, maybe it's like that everywhere in Baku. But it was not comfortable to sleep

For a night before a flight - it's ok. Close to the airport, but the taxi driver said that it takes 10 minutes longer to get to the center, so maybe it would be worth going there and looking at the beauty

Deniz mall and carpet museum is at a walking distance. Value for money hotel. Staff is really good, especially the cook (old aunt) who provides fresh breakfast daily. Do try this hotel at Baku with your family.

I enjoyed my stay at East Legend Panorama Hotel. The hotel helped arrange a pick-up from Baku airport at an affordable price. Reception were helpful and gave tourist maps of Baku which was helpful to get around

Close to the airport and good value for money

It's a nice hotel just near to the brand new bonadea hospital in baku. It's about 9 km far from the city center but the first metro station il only 7 minutes far away on foot from the hotel

Rooms are quite cosy. Prices are good. Breakfast is not really tasty, but I enjoyed other dishes. Also I was happy to relax in the swimming pool

The hotel's location is excellent. The hotel itself is old and in dire need of a complete renovation. And there are no carpets on the floors in the rooms, as in the photos. The second-floor windows face the wall

We are from South Africa and had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is very close with bolt taxi to the old town. Save money and stay at this hotel for an authentic less touristy experience

The property was safe, quiet, clean and convenient to everything I wanted to do in and around the old city. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Location is fantastic, you are in the old city but in 3 minutes can reach either metro or pick up Bolt on Niyazi street (Azneft square)

The small suite we had was spacious enough. There were shops, clubs, restaurants and otherwise at a close distance. This did make for some noise at night. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was really nice

The bathroom seemed brand new, maybe less than a year since it was renovated. The staff was kind and helpful. The spa is not in the building but it is directly across the street, maybe 30 second walk

This hotel is good and most of the employees don't know english due to that reason not behaving properly. They do not clean the room daily, not keeping the toilet items like soups and even towels

You can clearly see it from the door. The doorman will walk you over and help you communicate there. We didn’t go to the breakfast but many people did so it’s probably good

This is a hotel located at the best place. In a quite corner this hotel is near Nizami street, old city, palace of sharvanshas, fountain square, Ichery shehel and al kinds of restaurants & bar

While the breakfast spread was small, Chef Aleeda made it feel special. She was incredibly attentive, remembering guests’ preferences and personally serving them at their tables

Oh, if you are light-sleep person, don't choose here. as it located in the tourist loud area. Whole night, noise pollution happened here. Even 3-4am police car still open silen and beep the horn

Doesn't meet the standards of a 4 star hotel as it says. The room had basic amenities like TV, kettle, bath towels, fridge with drinks and chocolate bars etc. The buffet breakfast had limited options

Sea view room, very close to the sea and Baku Old City.

When we went up with our luggage, we found the room was absolutely saturated with cigarette smoke. The reception staff were completely unhelpful and refused to change the smoky room, claiming there were no alternatives

Before our departure, it started raining, and it didn't stop for a day and a half. To top it all off, the room became terribly cold at night, with the wind blowing directly into the windows

Some of the bathroom fittings (bidet, shower head) needs replacing. They also ask for a deposit of 50 Manat or to hold onto a passport, which is bit weird this day and age, but not the end of the world

My wife and I stayed several nights at Capitol during our visit to Baku. Overall, we had a very good experience with the hotel. The good - the room is decently sized and doesn't feel crammed

It was clean,warm and spacious. They had made the bathroom floor and the towel racks warm too. The breakfast buffet had a spread(not too big though) of quality food
