In 3 days the room nobody come to clean or to change the towels, the food was ok, for spa you have to pay extra for bathrobe and towel and the humid sauna smells a bit like mold. there is room for improvement!

Pretty good accommodation although I can’t compare it with nearby fancy hotels as I haven’t stayed elsewhere other than Elegant Lux. Staff professional and spoke English in the lobby. 10 mins walk to the gondola if you cut across a bit of a track through some wasteland (cars, taxis and pedestrians all use it). 5 mins from the Main Street with Amigos et al bars and restaurants. The studio we stayed in was modern and comfortable and cosy with a view of the mountains. Communal areas were clean.

If you’re not precious about being right beside the gondola station, like the Kempinsky, you could do much worse than a stay at Winslow Infinity 👍🏻

We have just stayed here for 7 nights. Myself and my 2 children. It was a nice hotel, the staff were friendly especially the guy behind the bar he was brilliant with my daughter she loved the kids cocktails. Pool was nice and warm.
There were some disappointing things like the hotel states sound proof rooms but it wasn't as we were woken at 6am every day by shouting and banging from next door and upstairs. The food was not good and always so cold I felt sick so we had to pay out more to eat out. Ideal location a 5 minute walk to shops and food placed and bars and also the gondola

Stayed as part of a Balkan Holiday ski package. Location is good. If you need to walk to the gondola this takes around 8 minutes. Shuttle is available to and from gondola but is a small 9 seater bus that fills quickly in the morning, less so in the afternoon. Supermarket 4 minutes away. Rooms (we had 2 bed apartment) were excellent and very clean, and kept so all week. Entire hotel very clean. Pool and saunas free to use. Food…perhaps the only problem is the food. Breakfast ok. Dinner cold and food needed heating in the microwave. Choice limited. Good enough location overall.

A terrible hotel. The breakfast is awful, the rooms are very old, and the standards are low. The staff is extremely rude—they don’t treat you like hotel guests but more like acquaintances in a very unprofessional way. The hotel is dirty, and they even charge extra for towels. I have nothing good to say about this place. I wish we had never stayed here.

The rooms are very nice and they are in Bansko’s style. In some of the rooms there is a fireplace. The big room for 6 people is awesome, especially if it is a maisonette. All rooms have terrace.

The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was badly stocked, if we had wanted to cook it would have been tricky. Breakfast was OK, but no toast, evening meal again was OK, large portions, but no drinks available- we were told water was only for breakfast, the shuttle bus had been replaced with a car which was fine for 2 of us but would have been a problem for any larger groups. The bar had been closed for the season. Overall was OK

Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms, pretty good service! There is SPA centre with one not too big but clean pool, steam bath, sauna, salt room and Turkish bath.
Breakfast is enough tasty but not too variety. What is very important for us, there is children room and playground

Probably more of a 3.5, a lot of good things are ruined by silly small things. We had a 3 bedroom appt which was ideal, except you flooded the bathroom s whenever you shower. Poor wet room design. Plus a lick of paint would be welcome. Food was fine without being great and weirdly the bar was not part of the hotel and wanted cash payment if used. Overall a hit, but I doubt you'll see me there again.

Beautiful, big and clean apartments. The staff are polite and welcoming. The yard in the hotel is very beautiful, with children's corner also. The pool is not so big but is enough for swimming, with decent water. In the spa center there are only sauna and steam bath. I didn't see anything else. Around the hotel is very peaceful and view is great. Breakfast is ok, like in most of Bulgarian hotels. They need to improve the parking area. It is a dirt road. If it is important for someone, this is pet friendly hotel.
