Great location. Friendly staff. Large pool, nice Roman bath. The exercise machine is broken.

It's located a little way off the main street, Pirin Street, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining, but it may be difficult to get there by public transportation. It tends to get crowded during breakfast hours.

Hot tubs weren't open but pool was and it was very nice. Breakfast is sufficient. Front desk staff nice. Good value.

I was on a short ski vacation with my son. The hotel is in a wonderful location in the centrum of Bansko. The spa center is very basic and needs renovation. The breakfast is sufficient for a passing grade.The hotel has an excellent shuttle bus service. The entire staff was very pleasant and kind. Around the hotel there were plenty of national restaurants. In short: the hotel has an excellent price-performance ratio. I would like to recommend it to young people who come for skiing and fun in the magical mountain town of Bansko.

We had a good experience staying here. Yes the hotel is a bit tired but our room was clean, the spa facilities were great! There is a huge swimming pool, sauna and steam room which were clean & fabulous to use after a days skiing. The pool always had someone in attendance. It was never too busy. The staff were friendly and helpful. 5 mins Walking distance to the old town & about 13 to the slopes. Or there is a regular shuttle bus there and back. Overall good value for money.

We spend 7 days in this hotel ! It was ok, not 4 star for sure , but ok . Location was good , driver who brings you to gondola as well ! Swimming pool was nice and warm , sauna didn’t work :( In room was nice and warm , good view . Pillows are a bit small , but it’s ok . They also gave us 10% discount for equipment rental . In general we had good experience , just not 4* .

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, it may have been in the past but this is not the case anymore. However we did not expect a 4star hotel either way especially for the price we gave. Room was clean breakfast and dinner was good and the pool was okay. Nothing to blow you out of your mind. The only bad thing was the mattress of the bed. It was really hard and I barely got any sleep but this may be a personal preference. Don't expect anything too much.

Very old hotel. Food is so poor, tv in the room is old and doesnt work properly, sometimes running out of hot water during shower. Sauna and jakuzzi doesnt work, water in the pool is not that clean. This hotel doesnt deserve 4 star.

Rare to be in such a bad hotel .... so dirty, so old, so uncomfortable and with such uncaring and rude staff ... you won't believe how miserable sleep on such old mattresses .. I think the 105€ we paid was too much money for such wretched accommodation ... never again …
