Hotel Perun Lodge in Bansko

Horrifically dirty. Hotel is very grim. No atmosphere what so ever. The rooms were so dirty that we were wondering what the cleaners were even doing. We didn’t see a mop or brush the whole 8 day stay. The soles of our feet & socks live to tell the tale. We had to rob clean towels from the cleaning trolly when it was left unattended and leave bags or rubbish outside the door for people to collect. The spa is nicely done but again, very dirty. There seems to be a build up of dirt everywhere you look. As for the atmosphere, the lobby is unwelcoming and uncomfortable. If you’re here with a group as I was, there seemed to be no other option than to leave the hotel rather than relax around the facilities. I would not recommend staying here.

It was a really bad expirinence.. Everything is really old... old furniture old tv the restorant was with bad chairs and the sheets on the table were dirty the shuttle bus that goes to the gondola was not on time everyday was diffrent time tabels to the gondola. in the ski room the driyers for the boots were not working so every morening we went with wet boots.Me and my frinds had a very bad experince

Very very dirty hotel

The location of the hotel is 500 meters from the Gondola. There are already shopping places nearby. The breakfast is not bad, it's ok. My reasons for deducting stars are as follows: We did not see any friendly staff at the hotel. Even though the hotel is being renovated, in my opinion, it is a hotel that I would not consider as an old investment. This was the coldest hotel among the hotels I have stayed in a ski resort in my life. Both the lobby and day rooms. The hotel turns off all its heating during the day. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, you cannot turn it on extra. The seats in the lobby are old and when you try to turn them left and right while sitting, their feet become stuck in your hand. It is very difficult to explain lactose-free milk for drinking coffee, since it does not exist anyway. No decaf coffee. The staff doesn't speak English in some places. There is a jacuzzi room in the spa section. As far as we know, there is only one jacuzzi for 4 people, which is higher than the ground. I wasn't sure when the water inside changed. The pool's water was moderately warm, not too hot, but I couldn't smell the chlorine in normal hsvuxlsr. I cannot explain how cool the massage section and fitness section are. It is absolutely guaranteed to be held after you leave the massage. There is no use of vacuum to clean the rooms, only a wet mop. Tonight, we have to leave the hotel at 3 in the morning. The lights of the lobby are turned off so that we cannot sit in the lobby and talk in groups. The reason for 2 stars is that the beds are comfortable and it is close to the casino and shopping areas.
