Overall a really good experience. If you come here expecting the Ritz then you will be disappointed but we found the hotel to be excellent value for money. It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. Looks premium from the first sight, but it's somewhat poorly maintained. Smells of smoke and dust in the rooms, no central heating (using Air Conditioners for that), not so great meals, diluted with water juices. You could get more for the price paid.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and we felt very good. The accommodation and food were very good, the room was very warm, the staff was friendly, the prices were affordable, the spa service was good, the pool was heated, the ski slope was excellent. A nice and clean little town. I recommend it.

This a very nice hotel at the end of the town. The hotel is remote and overlooking some fields (and sheep). It's quiet and serene. The rooms are well appointed, and the service is top. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, I had the best mini Pavlova! The only quibble is that the lobby is too small. But they fully compensate with a welcome drink 😄

The hotel in general is high value for a very affordable price: nice SPA centre, with the best Hamman I know so far, good airco, 24 hours reception, variated and complete breakfast, free parking space nearby. Good location away from the big noise and yet close to the centre (walking distance). Very helpful and friendly staff, they all speak well English.

Amazing value for money! Great location, right in front of a big park and a few minutes walk from the center. Big comfortable rooms with everything needed. Breakfast and dinner were great. Spa is decent with a small heated pool, big sauna and steam bath. It needs a bit of renovation though. There is a nice child's area. Overall the hotel is a perfect place for a cheap getaway with the children.

It was a wonderful experience! I couldn’t believe how good the food was! The saunas and the spa worked perfectly! Everything for an excellent price! I definitely recommend!

We only stayed there for one night with our children(15 yo and 10 yo). The room was spacious. They each slept in an armchair bed and I can say the king bed was really big. I give 4 stars because at the bathroom the bathroom faucet was a little bit broken and the furniture seems outdated. In the morning the breakfast was okish...except the coffee. The hotel has plenty of facilities, staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet had lot's of choice of cold and hot items, the spa was nice with an outdoor hot tub.
