Nice and quaiet hotel. Till to city center and to telegondola, there are 600m. There are cars free of charge for telegondola every morning and in the afternoon Kind staff. There is spa, parking, bar, conference hall. Rich breakfast.

The room was OK. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was old and with no toiletaries. We had to ask for additional set of glasses. The Spa is nice. I would describe it as a beautiful small hotel in Kos. It has very good food and breakfast, as well as a swimming pool and a sauna with a spa that you can use. We stayed here at the end of December 2023. Pros: Room was clean, friendly staff, breakfast was good enough, good sauna and jacuzzi. Cons: unfortunately, the sauna is open until 20:00, so after a busy day you can’t get into it. You can hear neighbors noise in the room. No lift to third floor.

Lovely cosy tavern with an open fire. The owner is very friendly and funny. He takes pride and care with his menu of authentic traditional Bulgarian dishes, many of which are created by his family. We found this amazing tavern when walking the authentic streets away from the ski centre. The food and atmosphere are amazing and the host is a true original. You must visit or stay at this place when visiting Bansko for the full experience of Bulgarian hospitality. Try the Bombar, it’s simply delicious. Only wish we’d found it earlier on our trip.

Maria from Reservation department is very helpfull, thank you Maria for your help during reservation process and the room. We did not have any languagae bareer with the staff. All staf that ı spoke can speak english.

We booked this hotel for 5 nights during christmas period. Breakfast was amazing, service from staff was great, the hotel has a lot of options to keep kids busy if you have any children, spa was one of the best facilities on site. Good hotel to stay in Bansko. The room is big, spacious, bright. Swimming pool it's good, everywhere is clean 👍 Breakfast is very good ! We will be back 🙂

The only complaint was that the internet was close to non-existent no matter what area of the property we tried. That was part of the reason we did not stay another night. The spa area was nice with very few guests around. Not walking distance to the city center, but taxes are readily available.
