We stayed here at the end of December 2023. Pros: Room was clean, friendly staff, breakfast was good enough, good sauna and jacuzzi. Cons: unfortunately, the sauna is open until 20:00, so after a busy day you can’t get into it. You can hear neighbors noise in the room. No lift to third floor.

Hotel dumanov is a great hotel, we stay here every year because its our home in bansko Rooms are spacious breakfast is great. Showerathroom are clean Staff will do everything to help you and make you're stay pleasant. It's our home from home

The Green Wood hotel is a great place to stay. Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for two nights and everything was brilliant, staff were lovely and professional, the room was very nice, the food was excellent. It was a huge pleasure to be guests of the Green Wood Hotel.

Green Wood is in the process of refreshing the public areas and renewing the existing facilities. In addition, the apartments will be redesigned in a modern style and will be fully equipped with new furniture and electrical appliances. Great lower cost hotel, no pool, about 3/4 of a mile from Gondola and main town. Room had nice facilities but I was surprised there was no flat screen TV just old fashioned crt giant TV. Bathroom was nicely modern. Wonderful bakery next door. There was a mini market next door too but that's closed down now, plenty more about though.

Everything was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms had great views and were clean and comfortable. Shower always had hot water, would highly recommend and hope to stay here again

You get what you pay for. Rooms had stained carpets and sofas/stools, however the cleaners did a great job at making up the beds and changing sheets/ towels/ replenishing toiletries daily upon request. No air con, so gets very hot unless you sleep with a balcony door open. Beds are fairly uncomfortable, but what can you expect for such cheap accommodation. Nice and quaiet hotel. Till to city center and to telegondola, there are 600m. There are cars free of charge for telegondola every morning and in the afternoon Kind staff. There is spa, parking, bar, conference hall. Rich breakfast.

The room was OK. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was old and with no toiletaries. We had to ask for additional set of glasses. The Spa is nice. Maybe the weakest spot is the underground pafking(terrible for parking big car and there were a lot of animal fecalies)and the food at the restaurant. The breakfast was not so well arranged. Nice hotel generally. The room was big and comfortable. The spa services were great, but the stairs out of the pool were full of water and slippery. Also, there was a broken tile out of our bathtub. It was like I was at home. Small, cozy, tidy. We lacked absolutely nothing. Extremely clean place. Dishes, utensils, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, books 📚, cleaning products and accessories. I would describe it as a beautiful small hotel in Kos. It has very good food and breakfast, as well as a swimming pool and a sauna with a spa that you can use. In addition, there is always hot water in the room and the room is always warm. It is located in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the shops, which is very important.

We have stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are classical 3 star rooms. Employees are really kind. It takes 15 min by walk to center I am sorry to say that but beds are uncomfortable. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. You can enjoy bansko from this hotel with good price.

4 star for the 3 star hotel. It is 3 star hotel, but the staff was helpful all the time. The ski bus was driving daily no matter that for 2 days I was the only passenger. The food was classic Bulgarian nothing special. Jacuzzi sometimes was hot sometimes was cold they did not care to fix it.

Very cozy place not far away from the lifts. The staff is really friendly and there to help you. But you should take notice that while in your room you can hear other visitors, and the rooms aren't that clean (plus our room wasn't cleaned daily). But if you don't mind these issues then it's the perfect place for your vacation.

It's a very cute, clean and comfortable hotel with a nice view at the mountain and a lovely garden...we especially enjoyed the breakfast and the host bakes a very delicious baniza!
