Let's start with negatives: Room housekeeping hit and miss, can be mega late in the afternoon by which time you're busy in the room. Dinner, unlike most other hotels you can't even get water with your dinner... Less expensive hotels give free drinks, beer and wine with your dinner and water if necessary. WiFi: awful! Hotel with great location to slopes, approx. 5min walk to main lift. Lovely rooms and a really good spa as well. Boot and ski room underneath for easy storage for the next day. It's a lovely hotel. We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. It seems to lack maintenance and needs some renovation. The Hotel is really at the edge of the village.The walking path from the main road to the hotel at the top is not very safe especially at nighttime. Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children. The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog.

A couple of hours’ drive from Sofia in the very picturesque town of Bansko, the hotel has ample parking space and is vary easy to get to.  Staff, more specifically reception, restaurant and servicing are very courteous and kind. I do not recommend to take duplex tho, too many stairs, and it's frustrating after a day or two.

Great time with great view. The room is clean and spacious, and all the facilities work properly (you don't see it in every hotel, unfortunately) All in all 10/10 Would definitely come back to this hotel.

The rooms are very comfy and very clean. Spa and swimming pool was great, but they dont change dirty towels and i didnt see lifeguard. Food and stuff was ok, but can be better

Great value for money, large spacious apartments very clean. Good service the spa is really nice. They have shuttle services from the hotel to the gondola and back. There's a really good ski rental at the hotel I highly recommend. The food is ok but not anything glamorous.

Writing this to emphasise our first day of being in this hotel as we arrived today. First impressions were good although there is no reference to parklands hotel and pool, which is what we booked, it's actually parklands aparthotel. The rooms are really great no complaints at all so far. Checking in was pai less although I ugh the key cards they gave us seem to used only for plugging in to the socket...

What a fantastic hotel! At first glance a little more basic than we expected but the facilities and staff made it exceptional. We stayed in a 6 person apartment and a 2 person room which was a great size. The sofa bed was not great but the beds were all really comfy and the bathrooms/ en suites were great. There was a great range of food both breakfast and dinner. We have 6 children who all managed...

The hotel is perfect, very i mean very clean. The pool water is 29 degrees, with a lifeguard. The jacuzzi is cleaned every night after closing the spa. Everything was functional. We have stayed in a lot of different hotels in Bansko over the years, 3 and 4 stars usually, Parklands was the best of all till now.
