Beautiful hotel, a little further out from the Gondola but the shuttle bus service is spot on. It’s a short which is actually quite nice on the legs after a full day of skiing.. Staff are super friendly, Spa is beautiful - worth going for the Spa alone! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed there for a week. We had booked an apartment with a king bed and a pullout sofa. The pullout sofa was super crooked and uncomfortable and made a terrible noise at the slightest body movement, my baby girl kept waking up every time I sat down or moved in bed. A couple of hours’ drive from Sofia in the very picturesque town of Bansko, the hotel has ample parking space and is vary easy to get to.  Staff, more specifically reception, restaurant and servicing are very courteous and kind. It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. Amazing value for money! Great location, right in front of a big park and a few minutes walk from the center. Big comfortable rooms with everything needed. Breakfast and dinner were great. Spa is decent with a small heated pool, big sauna and steam bath. It needs a bit of renovation though. There is a nice child's area. Overall the hotel is a perfect place for a cheap getaway with the children.

This hotel is great value for money. I liked the SPA a lot, they have a very good Hamman. 24 hours reception, it is located away from the big noise but still close to the centre (walking distance). Very friendly and English speaking staff. Free parking space close by. Variated breakfast.

Rooms definitely some upgrade. Friendly stuff at the reception, but not so at lobby bar. Breakfast was nice as was the SPA!

It was a wonderful experience! I couldn’t believe how good the food was! The saunas and the spa worked perfectly! Everything for an excellent price! I definitely recommend!

We only stayed there for one night with our children(15 yo and 10 yo). The room was spacious. They each slept in an armchair bed and I can say the king bed was really big. I give 4 stars because at the bathroom the bathroom faucet was a little bit broken and the furniture seems outdated. In the morning the breakfast was okish...except the coffee. It was just like the ones you take from those tired...

Fantastic place! Great location right next to the lift and restaurants and shops. Large clean rooms. Very tasty food. Great area with pools and saunas. Highly recommend! I will definitely come back :)

I’m honest with my reviews! For the price wow this is spot on. 3 Jacuzzis, 2 saunas, steam room, a big pool and an awesome lounge bar with pool tables and more. Great staff and great hospitality. People should stop complaining for the small things in life. אחלה מקום

The hotel has plenty of facilities, staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet had lot's of choice of cold and hot items, the spa was nice with an outdoor hot tub. The rooms were a little dated with small twin beds and our bath leaked from underneath but the shower was nice and hot! Location for the gondola was perfect.

Stayed here in Mar 24, there is plenty of accommodation in Bansko so it is a bit of a lucky dip. Hotel is well located for the main gondola station. The rooms are very 80's and basic, we had an apartment so thought we could cook something simple or at least make a hot drink in the 'kitchen'. Very well positioned, very close to the gondola and far from the noise of the center. The food is good. The rooms are clean. Overall, should be invested because you can see the passage of time and some things are a bit degraded. The elevator requires maintenance, it gives you the impression that it can break down at any time.

Stayed here over New Year's. Our room was nice and clean, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Every day, we just told the hotel what we want to do and they made all the arrangements/bookings and provided us with a driver. The food is excellent! and breakfast is laid out till late, as is supper: so no need to get up early or rush back to the hotel. 10/10 would definitely come again.

Staff is very nice! Good location. It seems that they put effort to renovate the hotel, so we really tried to sympathise with them. The thing I find annoying is that they promote spa, when 1/3 of it is not really usable. For the other 1/3, it seems as if they don’t want to set it up, if the hotel is not busy with guests.

This is a picture from the pool in Chateau Vaptzarov. The place also has a gym and spa. The food is also good, especially the breakfast where you have a lot of different kinds of food at your disposal. The rooms have LCD TV's with cable and also Wi-Fi. The employees are okay, but not the most kind employees you can find.

Very good hotel. The stuff is amazing. They have a driver that took us every morning to the gondola and back to the hotel after the ski. There ara two saunas and hot swimming pool.

Excellent location and service, but needs renovation. No air conditioning, problem with the door and we changed the room. Nice swimming pool and spa, and beautiful interior design. Bansko is known ski sesort, but is very attractive and beautiful during the summer as well.

The hotel is lovely, the pool is amazing, the spa is quite and absolutely enough to have a pleasant stay !:)) As well is close to the old city of Bansko ! Definitely recommend !
