Exceptional Stay at Regnum Hotel & Spa, Bansko Our stay at Regnum Hotel & Spa in Bansko was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service from the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort

The spa and thermal facilities are truly world-class, offering a variety of saunas, pools, and treatments that make for the perfect après-ski experience. The food was another highlight of our stay

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options catering to all tastes. The spa facilities, including the pool and sauna, were luxurious and perfect for relaxation

I recently stayed at the Regnum Bansko Ski Hotel & SPA, and it exceeded all expectations. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a day on the slopes

The restaurant serves an exceptional selection of dishes, blending local flavors with international cuisine. Every meal was a delight, and the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive

Whether you’re visiting for skiing, relaxation, or simply a getaway in the mountains, Regnum Hotel & Spa is the perfect choice

The room was comfortable and clean, but the interior and amenities felt a bit dated and not quite at the 5-star standard I was hoping for. The spa and wellness area was decent, but nothing exceptional

Slightest downside, can be slippy around outside heated pool, but once in the pool it very nice and turns a little magical when snowing

I stayed at Premier Luxury Mountain Resort in Bansko with high expectations, given its name and rating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I can’t say it lived up to the “luxury” label

We idn't use all the facilities but breakast was delicious all the tastes catered for. Hotel was warm a nd plenty of hot water for showers etc. Our room had a balcony and had plenty of room for the two of us

The same goes for the breakfast — good variety, but average in terms of quality. It felt more like a solid 4-star hotel rather than a true luxury resort

We made use of the spa facilities daily, the pool is small but sufficient. We enjoyed the sauna, steam rooms and hot tub after a long day of skiing. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage

Warm and cozy, pleasant staff, apartments could be swiped and cleaned a bit better....

Room, and the toilet, or specifically toilet seat, could be much cleaner. Toilet seat had "desinfected" label on it, but was dirty. Cups left by the kettle still had coffee on them🤢

We've been going to this hotel for 10 years and this was the worst cleaning. This year food was much better than last year. Pool is finally fully renovated (last year it was still work in progress)

The staff were nice and helpful. The spa and pool are a great asset too, along with their staff and good priced treatments. Food was very tasty and a good selection, but if you only like uk food it will not be for you

The breakfast was amazing, the location a 5 minute walk to the gondola, the pool is open in limited hours (its not that great either). It wasn't a good and relaxing experience for us we can't recommend staying there

Top level restaurant: every day for dinner new dishes, all products are good and excellent quality, all products are natural. On the third day stopped myself and did not eat extra

We also made good use of the swimming pool and sauna etc, which was great after a days ski-ing. We loved our stay so much that we are booking again for February 2026 and looking forward to staying in the same room

We had a 2 bed apartment which as a family we loved, the food was incredible and there was always so much variety and choice for all of us. The staff were all so friendly and nothing was a problem

My family and I stayed at the MPM Guinness Hotel in Bansko and we had an amazing experience

We had wonderful views of the mountains from our balcony and the slopes were a short walk away. There was also a really useful minibus which took us to the slopes every morning

The spa was just what you needed after a day on the mountain, heated pool, large jacuzzi, 3 saunas, 1 steam room, ice machine, Russian Baths chilling area (robes provided)

The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff

The rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was great and the pool and sauna was just what was needed each day after a day on the slopes. We were a family group of 8 and we would all stay here again

Traditional Bulgarian hotel, great location - restaurants, supermarket, gondola. Room with balcony, warm and with comfortable beds. We loved the spa facilities after skiing all day. I would definitely recommend

The spa / pool area is lovely and clean. You could spend a good few hours relaxing in there. The hotel is just located off the main street with bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the gondola too

There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains

Perfect venue and amenities, great food. Great view, fresh air and all spa goodies make it a perfect place for a summer or a winter snowy vacation or an stress-free visit 2-3 times a year

Starting with most amazing part of the journey: “The food!” as it was incredible. Absolutely everything tasted amazing and the quality of products used is top notch

The staff is wonderful and responds quickly to any request for help. Each child receives a robe for the pool and laundry service for their clothes. The food is fresh and delicious, straight from the hotel’s farm

Animation for kids, the pools and how grouped and easy to reach was amazing. The rooms were clean, the view stunning, and the staff very helpful. Very enjoyable stay during hot summer days

Wonderfully refreshed apartments and pool. The sun was shining and the National Park was breathtaking. The hotel/ apartment was first class and looks great after clear investment

Hotel was busy, but plenty of space to sun worship or take a dip in one of its several pools. Staff on the ball and nice and clear

For me it was lovely to have the pool and sauna and a place that was out of town and away from the noisy nightclubs so that we always slept well. Our favorite restaurants were The House and Leonardo

They were clean comfortable and very warm. The photos are accurate it is a lovely place and of a much higher standard that some places I have stayed in whilst skiing in the alps

The town of Bansko has grown a lot since I last visited 13 years ago and has a good selection of excellent restaurants and great Apres ski, virtually every venue we went to has some kind of live music at some point in the evening

After reading the reviews on trip advisor I was worried about the trip that I had planned to Razlog, but I was really impressed when I arrived. This hotel has had a refurb and the rooms were of good quality

Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children

The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog

This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional

I could hear conversations at normal speaking volume fairly clearly from next door and was woken up most mornings very early by children arguing and people having showers

It's a very nice hotel for skiers and offers great value for money. Ski shuttle bus run every hour. The room was clean, spacious and warm, with balcony offering mountain views

The hotel is conveniently close to the ski area and nearby restaurants and bars. A huge plus is the convenience store located inside the hotel. The staff is very kind and friendly

The rooms is very warm and clean! Also the food is very delicious we was half bord but sometimes we eat in the restaurants in the town! Me and my partner decided to go for the hammam package and our two kids had one kids massage each

I liked it. The food and rooms and a Spa with a swimming pool and a casino.

Rooms pretty big and comfortable although a bit outdated. Swimming pool is large but all the area is slippery. Please watch out, almost everyday there is someone falling. Very slow elevators - use the stairs!

At most you'll find better selection and variety outside. Pool and spa facilities are good. The hotel has a shuttle service but it's only about 10 minutes walk to the gondola

The therapists did an amazing job. The massage, it felt so good and we were very relaxed afterwards. We rentede ski and also we took nice ski instructor from the hotel and we learned very quickly how to ski

If you are looking for a snowboard instructor, Marian Papakoca is the guy. Perfect teacher, even better as a buddy. He made us stand up and drive on our own in just a few hours

Besides this, with friends, family, short vacation or just to take your mind off things, coming to this place will be fun and satisfying (for the most part). The restaurant as well as the food was surprisingly quite nice

There is a mini bus that can take you from the hotel to the gondolas but only in the morning so you have to be very careful with the timing or otherwise, if you're late the driver won't wait for you

The service form the reception was very bad. They didn't help us when asking questions and the staff wasn't very pleasant

If you have questions, good luck having them being answered by the staff

This hotel is located at a far distance from the ski center

There is one room with one drowned and not the pool. Steam room not working, sauna was for 2. In the Jacuzzi the water was half. A lot of little kids 7 brats parents

The best hotel in town for the money. I was there a few times already and my stay was perfect: clean rooms, friendly personal and especially great food. I recommended it to my friends visiting Bulgaria

You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. The hotel is worth visiting, I highly recommend it, everything was top quality

For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

The staff is very polite, predominantly from Asia, and the housekeepers even cleaned the children's playground, which is a commendable hotel policy! There are many well-built playgrounds for children, and the large area of the complex allows for pleasant walks

As we stayed during one of the hottest weeks of the year, the room temperature was 28 degrees Celsius and there was no air conditioning. However, it was cool outside at night, and the open window allowed for normal sleep

The food was delicious and nutritious with dozens of varieties to choose from. The temperature in the whole hotel was perfect, even for babies and toddlers

The view from every corner is amazing and breathtaking! We did a shuttle tour around the golf court, and it was mesmerizing! Our kid had lots of playgrounds to choose from - bouncy castle, inside playground, outside playgrounds, kids cinema

In our room, the balcony door was loose and could have fallen at any moment, and the light bulb in the bathroom wasn't working, but it was replaced promptly

There was even a misunderstanding with the price (my mistake), and the reception team went out of their way to resolve it fairly and offered me a very considerate rate. Their hospitality made a big difference

Just a fantastic place, with fantastic rooms great views from the Windows. Great time of the evening, great pool, good gym sauna and salt dialky. Very convenient location walk to the centre, swayed walking to the lift

I originally booked just one night at Saint George Hotel, but ended up staying for three nights because the experience was so good

To top it all off, the hotel surprised us for my fiancée's birthday with a lovely gesture, and I'll be sharing a picture of that special moment. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable

Very large clean rooms. Swimming pool - spa for max 10 persons. Only one elevator. Small breakfast room. Nothing to do except spa. Not even a desent bar. Very far from the center. Just for a sleep.

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

Lovely hotel about 25min walk from the gondola area, clean rooms mostly friendly staff, cleaners are lovely (1 was super helpful every day and went beyond the call of duty due to a friend - dont ask) lovely views

A couple of hours’ drive from Sofia in the very picturesque town of Bansko, the hotel has ample parking space and is vary easy to get to

Our friends stayed at a similar apartment in the same building and their pullout sofa was different and very comfortable. We saw poop in the pool and in the jacuzzi

My son came down with an ear infection and one of us adults got another kind of infection from the pool

Our family stayed there for a week. We had booked an apartment with a king bed and a pullout sofa

Taking snowboard lessons here was an incredible experience. It was my first time snowboarding, and I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but the instructor made everything so easy to understand

The pullout sofa was super crooked and uncomfortable and made a terrible noise at the slightest body movement, my baby girl kept waking up every time I sat down or moved in bed
