The staff were nice and helpful. The spa and pool are a great asset too, along with their staff and good priced treatments. Food was very tasty and a good selection, but if you only like uk food it will not be for you

Top level restaurant: every day for dinner new dishes, all products are good and excellent quality, all products are natural. On the third day stopped myself and did not eat extra

The Hamam and Sauna were good, but again they were working only during the weekend, on Monday they were not. 3 euros for small beer?! C'mon

The location and the Food are the only good things about this hotel

We stayed in March in a deluxe 2 bedroom suite which had a great view and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. It is a great location for the ski lift and a walk into Bansko town

Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again

Facilities around the pool are great and kept very clean! The hotel food, particularly the breakfast was a little cold sometimes but it’s cooked then put under the warmer but most mornings we ate out and in the evenings too

The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff

Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer

Good accomodation, friendly personnel, good facilities, varied breakfast. Enjoyed the view from the balcony in our room. You need to do a bit of walking if you want to go to the gondola.

There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains

The spa / pool area is lovely and clean. You could spend a good few hours relaxing in there. The hotel is just located off the main street with bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the gondola too

Perfect venue and amenities, great food. Great view, fresh air and all spa goodies make it a perfect place for a summer or a winter snowy vacation or an stress-free visit 2-3 times a year

I took the accommodation only with breakfast and it was ok, I had dinner a few times at the restaurant and I was satisfied with both the service and the food which was very good, much better and with decent prices compared to the restaurants in the resort

Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children

The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog

I originally booked just one night at Saint George Hotel, but ended up staying for three nights because the experience was so good

The hotel has a convenient ski storage room, which made it so easy to store our ski equipment. They also provided shuttle services to the gondola, which was really helpful

At the reception given bathrobes and Slippers. The food is tasty, left a good impression. + Beautiful view from the window. Very polite, English speaking staff

If you like vegetables and salads you will feel like home and if not good luck you will definitely feel hungry as there is not much of the choice for meat. Spa khm khm that is sauna and Turkish bath i mean it was ok

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

Lovely hotel about 25min walk from the gondola area, clean rooms mostly friendly staff, cleaners are lovely (1 was super helpful every day and went beyond the call of duty due to a friend - dont ask) lovely views

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. To the city center to go 15-20 minutes. The hotel has fast WiFi, free bus to the lifts, Luggage storage inventory. There is a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath

The gym is compact but there is enough in there for a workout if you want to. The bar has a good pool table and some comfy seats if you want a chilled put evening away from the bars in town

Such a nice hotel right next to old town too, the food in the hotel is OK could do with a rethink on combination and level of flavour, but overall really nice place to be.

The snowboard teacher was the best teacher I have ever known he how to do it his tips and the way he taught us everything wan amazing because of him after his lesson I learned way much faster than I thought thank you max your the best of all time if come back here some time I want to do it with you

Taking snowboard lessons here was an incredible experience. It was my first time snowboarding, and I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but the instructor made everything so easy to understand

Every step of the lesson was well-structured, and the instructor provided clear, practical guidance. What I appreciated the most was the personalized attention

It is very good hotel, with friendly stuff and delicious breakfast. It is near to the gondola and the bars area. It is good for couples and families too. We have a nice vacantion and next year we will be there again.

Best place as base to ski in Bansko. Not in the center but it's better because is very calm. Tried the full body massage and the spa, very good! Breakfast is normal (I'm Italian) but it's standard.

Mosr of the staff spoke good English, and the Bulgarian people were very helpful and always smiling. Definitely recommend this centre

Very good hotel with big rooms, clean, good WiFi, good breakfast but far away from the center of Bansko (about 12 km) and the connection with the shuttle bus wasn’t very often .

WOW, Premier Spa centre and hotel, with the most MAGNIFICENT views of the local golf courses PLUS really AWESOME views of the Mountains, all seen from our south facing verandah

Everyone will feel comfortable while relaxing in the garden or having a drink at the bar. Good swimmers will LOVE the large hotel pool. The food is excellent, we had very good time in the restaurant

The lady at the reception speaks french fluently and is even ready to share with you how she loves the city by offering a guided tour of it. To make a long story short, I had an excellent stay !

Fantastic hotel no fussing about in this place you check in enjoy your stay and check out, we've been here for a week and have had a great time they leave you get on with your daily snowboarding/skiing there's a storage room for all your gear, towels where changed daily and room was nice and clean daily, the staff do not speak very good English but are as helpfull as they can be, the sauna we couldn...

Staff are friendly, the house keeping staff even washed up and made our beds while we were out. The paid WiFi service for rooms though is bad as we struggled to connect to it

Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

On both sides of the front door there were two houses with two huge caravans on thick chains that would literally tear us if one of the chains had been broken

in a quieter and pretty part of town but still easy to get to the gondola (they have a shuttle). roaring fire and traditional decor down stairs. excellent food and enjoyed getting half board

They have good good hot showers and sauna for after skiing. The whole place smells of wood burning fires which we liked but everything will smell when you get home

Radiators are always on full blast so you can have the balcony door open and still be warm. Breakfast was what's fun to see what you would get. Mini bus to and from ski lift but it's only 5 or 10 minutes walk

We really enjoy our stay in the Family Hotel Bisser. The family is so nice and helpful. They take care of us and the meals (breakfast and dinner) were delicious and so generous.

The rooms were clean and cosy, the matress was amazing! After a long skiing it is the best you can wish for. Hot water was available at all times. The entire hotel is warm and the atmosphere is very pleasent

The parking lot is for free as well. You can dry your skii equipment too. They really thought about everything to make your experience very pleasent
