The rooms are very spacious, and the spa facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the delicious food and the nice lounge area, perfectly situated next to the kids' playground. It was ideal for a couple of retreat days

Everything was wonderful – the staff was friendly and helpful, the spa was very nice, and the food was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Taking snowboard lessons here was an incredible experience. It was my first time snowboarding, and I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but the instructor made everything so easy to understand

Beautiful hotel, a little further out from the Gondola but the shuttle bus service is spot on. It’s a short which is actually quite nice on the legs after a full day of skiing

Every step of the lesson was well-structured, and the instructor provided clear, practical guidance. What I appreciated the most was the personalized attention

There was even a misunderstanding with the price (my mistake), and the reception team went out of their way to resolve it fairly and offered me a very considerate rate. Their hospitality made a big difference

For the price, you get amazing value – great rooms, a fantastic spa, and outstanding service. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Bansko

During our visit we have had a fantastic experience in the wellness spa centre. The massages from Nadya and Asen were above of any expectations and incredible professional, and very important after skiing.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the spa area was excellent – with 4 different types of saunas, all spotless and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful

I originally booked just one night at Saint George Hotel, but ended up staying for three nights because the experience was so good

all very reasonable Bansko perfect for beginners intermediate and good skiers ! Beautiful place , something for everyone

We’d also like to extend our gratitude to Mexmea, one of the restaurant staff members, for his wonderful service. However, we did notice that housekeeping services could be improved to better meet guests' expectations

Overall a really good experience. If you come here expecting the Ritz then you will be disappointed but we found the hotel to be excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean and everything was working well

The beds are comfortable and bedding and towels were changed everyday. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, sauna and steam room which was a nice benefit after a long day skiing

Again if you are expecting a high end restaurant meal then you will be disappointed but it was exactly what we were looking for. Overall for the money we paid I couldn’t fault it and would hapilly return

The staff were nice and helpful. The spa and pool are a great asset too, along with their staff and good priced treatments. Food was very tasty and a good selection, but if you only like uk food it will not be for you

We stayed in March in a deluxe 2 bedroom suite which had a great view and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. It is a great location for the ski lift and a walk into Bansko town

The meals were very good, especially breakfast and dinner, the lunch buffet was very sparse

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower wasn't tidy, and there was water everywhere in the bathroom. The resort itself is truly magnificent.

We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

The resort is great, and our accommodation, the lake house, was very nice, it had great views, but the bed was horrible, very very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise, it is time to change it

The reception was average, it is incomprehensible that there are so many people and none of them speak any Spanish, explanations of the services were just enough, if not almost none

Not realy a 4star hotel. Rooms are very small, with small closet which can never fit your and your family's skiing gear (jackets, pants...) breakfast is good, so is dinner. Spa is decent.

Nice spa and convenient for skiing. They have shuttles available to go up to the gondola. Service not the best. Room cleaning not great. No room service. Breakfast was terrible.

Has restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, bars, everything around it. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything

Truth is we came with so low expectations due to reviews (that bad that we packed bedsheets & towels which we never do), but the place was really a good surprise, amazing great value for money

Staff are all so friendly and willing to help despite the reviews saying otherwise! They upgraded us to a nice balcony room with an amazing view

The spa facilities were great, and we enjoyed visiting the spa after a day on the slopes. I booked a massage with Daisy, and she was fabulous and definitely knew her stuff. We would definitely stay again

One minor issue, which didn't bother us since we don't watch TV on holiday, was that there were no batteries in either of the TV remote controls

The lift got broken one of the days and they immediately offered us another 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor as we had an elderly person with us
