Excellent choice for off the season skiing or vacation. Location is away from noise and traffic, apartments are quite big and with option for self cooking, pool is big and in very good condition. This was my second visit and definitely will come back again.

Great Stay! Only minor negative is the location which you need to use the shuttle to get to town, and it's not quite early enough to beat the heavy gondola queue. Excellent value for money hotel

Overall, it was good It was pretty good. On the upside, The room was clean, the staff was nice and responsive, the view from the window was great, there was a pool and a jacuzzi which were good. On the downside - the mattresses were not very comfort and the resturant quality was somewhat below average (maybe because we were in the offseason, but still).

It's located a little way off the main street, Pirin Street, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining, but it may be difficult to get there by public transportation. It tends to get crowded during breakfast hours.

We had a good experience staying here. Yes the hotel is a bit tired but our room was clean, the spa facilities were great! There is a huge swimming pool, sauna and steam room which were clean & fabulous to use after a days skiing. The pool always had someone in attendance. It was never too busy. We spend 7 days in this hotel ! It was ok, not 4 star for sure , but ok . Location was good , driver who brings you to gondola as well ! Swimming pool was nice and warm , sauna didn’t work :( In room was nice and warm , good view . Pillows are a bit small , but it’s ok . They also gave us 10% discount for equipment rental . We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower wasn't tidy, and there was water everywhere in the bathroom. The resort itself is truly magnificent.

The only complaint was that the internet was close to non-existent no matter what area of the property we tried. That was part of the reason we did not stay another night. The spa area was nice with very few guests around. Not walking distance to the city center, but taxes are readily available.

Problems with WI-FI and hot water

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. Free of charge. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable. Clean bathroom, towels,spa and pool. Staff is polite. Its quiet, peaceful and with a car it takes 15 min driving to Bansko or Razlog.

Raya is the best and most polite host you can imagine, she will help you with all your needs and requests. The location of apartment is ideal max 10m easy walk to any important city place. Apartments has a playroom for kids well equiped.

My friends and I spent almost a week there. We went snowboarding and found this little gem of an apartment to stay in. The room was amazing and clean, within walking distance (10m) of the gondola, and had storage for skiing equipment. The best part was the hospitality—anything we needed, they had a solution for. Bansko is supposedly a somewhat newer ski destination than Borovets, but the ski resort was before 2011 during our stay, upgraded by NOK 500 million. The destination offers very good benefits and experiences, especially due to modern equipment and low price level
