Excellent value for money hotel

Overall, it was good It was pretty good. On the upside, The room was clean, the staff was nice and responsive, the view from the window was great, there was a pool and a jacuzzi which were good. On the downside - the mattresses were not very comfort and the resturant quality was somewhat below average (maybe because we were in the offseason, but still).

The food is limited, it’s not like what we pay for all inclusive. When we book the room we asked for one bed but they are two separate. The hotel’s waiter give us a towels that are torn.

Traditional Bulgarian hotel, great location - restaurants, supermarket, gondola. Nice breakfast&dinner. Room with balcony, warm and with comfortable beds. We loved the spa facilities after skiing all day. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located, making it a great choice for any stay. However, what truly made my experience special was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. Their professionalism and warmth turned my stay into something truly wonderful and memorable.
