Overall, it was good It was pretty good. On the upside, The room was clean, the staff was nice and responsive, the view from the window was great, there was a pool and a jacuzzi which were good. We spent a lot of time at the casino. It is the biggest in bansko but much smaller than international casinos you might be used to. Great that they have a separate smoking casino but the doors remain open so you can smell smoke in the non smoking side too. Its a very good place for stay at a decent price. Staff is friendly and welcomed. Water in the poll is warm. Maybe 30 degree. I was rhere with my family for ski. Kids liked the place a lot. The rooms were clean and warm. I recommend the place with both of my hands.

Great location if you are going for a ski vacation. It is also near the centre. There are shuttle buses every 20 minutes to take you to the gondola station. If you are not planning to eat at the restaurant then don't come here,since there is nowhere to eat at the room and even if you paid for the restaurant it's pretty expensive

Overall I can say that it was OK. The staff was very nice. The room: it was clean, spacious, and it was very warm. Also the bathroom was spacious and we had hot water at anytime of the day or night. A couple of hours’ drive from Sofia in the very picturesque town of Bansko, the hotel has ample parking space and is vary easy to get to.  Staff, more specifically reception, restaurant and servicing are very courteous and kind. Having mentioned the restaur, the variety and quality of the served food items are well within and possibly exceeding its category. Well done!

The hotel was great, rooms were big and clean. Reception service was awesome. There was also a nice hike just 3km away to the local lake. I would only love for the spa and pool to be improved a bit.

A really good hotel. Rooms are spacious. Food is good and plentiful. Rooms are always warm. The spa could do with a warmer pool and Hot Tub. Sauna and Steam all good. Location is ideal, five minutes or so to the Gondola and main bars. Have been this hotel a couple of times.

Excellent Hotel. Our arrival was late and was checked in swiftly with a complementary glass of bubbly and a well received packed lunch, an excellent touch. We stayed for a week at the beginning of March in a 2 bedroom apartment and were so well looked after by staff. Positives Lovely staff, helpful and caring.
