The best hotel in BANSKO . The rooms is very warm and clean! Also the food is very delicious we was half bord but sometimes we eat in the restaurants in the town! Me and my partner decided to go for the hammam package and our two kids had one kids massage each. The therapists did an amazing job. The massage, it felt so good and we were very relaxed afterwards.We rentede ski and also we took nice ski instructor from the hotel and we learned very quickly how to ski.Strongly recommend Platinum Hotel. The price is reasonable and the service is great.

If you are looking for a snowboard instructor, Marian Papakoca is the guy. Perfect teacher, even better as a buddy. He made us stand up and drive on our own in just a few hours. Absolutely great guy! The ****** here is also nice, a little bit small but cozy.

Was in Bansko for business and wanted to play some poker but Casino (and hotel) is closed. Not sure if that is seasonal, or if due to Covid-19 and/or permanent, but website and Facebook give not indication it is closed. Reviews and photos make it sound great but thought I would let searchers know that they need to call as it appears closed for the long-term.

Breakfast and dinner are good. Rooms pretty big and comfortable although a bit outdated. Swimming pool is large but all the area is slippery. Please watch out, almost everyday there is someone falling. Very slow elevators - use the stairs!

Veey friendly staff and nice food. Suggests transfer to the slopes.
The interior is old, some furniture is broken. Room is not very clean.

left the hotel asap after being severely mistreated by the employees of the ski company the hotel works with. lost around 250 euros as i literally ran away from those people as fast as possible, although i still had two days of my trip booked and paid for. never before has this happened to me at any hotel. i was insulted, screamed at, mocked for going on vacation during a pandemic and having the audacity of sleeping in late on my holiday. i was discriminated for being a foreigner, insulted and ultimately feared that i was gonna get beaten up by these people. these employees of the ski company the hotel works with do not respect the pandemic safety measure, are extremely rude and verbally aggressive, do not give out receipts of the services they sell, they change their services as they please. ruined vacation, headaches, stress, fear for my safety, significant money loss. this perfectly describes my stay at platinum thanks to their business partners.

Good hotel for a winter holiday. A decent kitchen. Normal staff. Quite quiet and not far from the ski lift.
