I honestly could not have asked for a better ski instructor than Hristian.
From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. As a first-time skier, I had moments of panic; especially with speed, but he remained calm, patient, and completely in control. He knew exactly how to steady me, refocus me, and help me regain confidence.
His teaching style is exceptional. He explains techniques in a clear, detailed, and structured way that makes learning to ski feel achievable rather than overwhelming. Every correction had purpose, and every exercise built progressively on the last.
Most importantly, he kept me safe while still challenging me. He pushed me beyond what I thought I could do, encouraging me to outgrow my fears and exceed my own expectations without ever making me feel pressured.
On top of all that, he’s genuinely fun and engaging, which made the lessons enjoyable and never boring.
After everything I’ve been through with my leg (12 reconstructive surgeries), this experience meant more than just learning a new sport , it was about trust and confidence. Hristian made that possible.
I truly hope he’ll continue teaching me next year because I will absolutely be back to continue learning and he is the instructor I trust. I highly, highly recommend him.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was kind, professional, and pleasant throughout our visit.

Victoria at the reception welcomed us with a big smile and was incredibly helpful with every question and request we had. She truly made our arrival smooth and enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again

We spent a lot of time at the casino. It is the biggest in bansko but much smaller than international casinos you might be used to. Great that they have a separate smoking casino but the doors remain open so you can smell smoke in the non smoking side too. The slots are fun and the waitress bring drinks but can be selective who they bring to.
There is a kosher restaurant at the hotel and a therme but we didn't visit it

Platinum Hotel & Casino Bansko – very good experience overall. Clean and spacious rooms, warm atmosphere, and friendly staff. Spa is relaxing, and the casino gives an extra vibe in the evenings. Good location and solid value for the stay.

I would like to share my wonderful experience at Platinum Casino & Hotel in Bansko.
The hotel left a very positive impression — cozy atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and everything is well organized for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

I would especially like to highlight the reception staff, and in particular Victoria. She is an incredibly kind, warm, and attentive young woman. Victoria helped me with all my questions, handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, and was always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. It’s clear that she truly loves her job and values the guests.

Thanks to such excellent service, my stay was even more enjoyable. I would be happy to return to this hotel again and can confidently recommend it to others ⭐️

Its a very good place for stay at a decent price. Staff is friendly and welcomed. Water in the poll is warm. Maybe 30 degree. I was rhere with my family for ski. Kids liked the place a lot. The rooms were clean and warm. I recommend the place with both of my hands.

Very nice hotel!The hotel offers high class service and is a realy luxury mountain place to be!We visit the Spa there and everything was perfect nice massage and good swimming pool!We took very nice ski from the ski rent inside in the hotel and some ski lessons with very professional ski instructor! The most precious there is the personal - the people working there know how to behave so you may feel appreciated guest! We ware a group of 30 people and all of us were higly satisfied and I had a really one of the best birthday evenings at the Ski BAR part from the hotel Platinum! Thanks to all of you, at Platinum hotel!

I want to recommend the ski and snowboard instructors at Platinum! The skillful and friendly instructors are the best in Bansko. We booked them while renting equipment at the ski rental shop at the hotel. The service at the shop was professional and quick. We are looking forward to returning soon. Thanks guys!
