A nice little budget hotel. Fine for people for kids, as it's safe and has some amenities for children (kid's club, small pool).
The "budget" is mostly felt in cheap and quite old room equipment, but everything is clean.
Food is mostly the same every day and a bit bland. Would be nice to have some variety. The "snacks and sweets" very very sad.
Alcoholic drinks are extremely cheap and the coffee is simply terrible.
Overall, location is nice, very close to the beach, the hotel is safe, but don't expect much from food and especially the drinks. Basically, you get what you pay for.

There are no words of THANK YOU!!! The hotel is clean, quiet, homely, there are two bars and a pool, there are enough places, the service is good. I ESPECIALLY want to highlight the kitchen! COOKS super delicious food every day the variety doesn’t get boring, there’s plenty of everything when you don’t come. I won’t write any more, just think I’m writing on purpose. I recommend you come, you won’t regret it. And there’s a special conversation about the sea!!! S U P E R!!!!! We have something to compare.5 points C++++++

We just spent a week at Sunny Beach and took Kavkaz Golden Dune as our hotel. All of the hotel staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Most of the ones with public facing jobs spoke English to one degree or another. All meals were of buffet type and a good range of food was on offer at all meals. The hotel restaurant has both indoor and outdoor sections so you can eat outdoors when the weather is nice. The hotel's pool is small, but quite nice. The pool rules are reasonable and easy to follow. Keep in mind that the pool does not have a lifeguard so children should not go there unattended. All public areas of the hotel were very clean and inviting. Our room was also clean and comfortable. The real plus of this hotel is its close proximity to Sunny Beach. In fact, the beach is just across the street and short walk from the hotel's doorstep. The only thing negative about our stay, and it certainly is not the fault of the hotel, was that the view from our balcony (room 312) was of a dirty and disused swimming pool and recreation area. However, a quick look at a map showed that pool to belong to a neighbouring property. As such, there may be little the Kavkaz can do about it. In spite of that last detail, I have no trouble recommending Kavkaz Golden Dune as a good place to stay at Sunny Beach.

Great location, very close to the beach and in a quiet place. Real rest, no noise, no music, sleep very well. The food is delicious and varied, there are many fruits and salads. The wine is wonderful. The staff are young, smiling, hardworking and difficult. Great interior, beautiful reception, clean pool with enough sunbeds. Nothing to add. We will be back.

I booked a Holiday to Sunny Beach Bulgaria through Love Holidays from 13th June 2022 for one week. I chose Karkav Hotel Golden Dune after reading reviews on Love Holiday website. When i arrived on the 13th June night at the hotel and checked into my room, I was totally taken back it was worse than a hostel which was presented by Love Holidays as 4 star hotel. i spent all night trying to reach out to Love holidays and received absolutely no help. i even thought about returning back to UK the next day. next morning I reached out to Love Holidays via their premium rate number and was asked to email my concerns which was no help as there was no way I could spend a week of my Holiday at that hotel. So i decided to find another Hotel and moved to best western group of hotels for extra £360 for the remaining six nights. Golden Dune hotel is right on the other side of Sunny Beach. I must say i had a great time at Best Western Hotel which is at Sunny Beach centre. I returned from Bulgaria on 20th June and soon after i wrote to Love holidays of my experience and that i had checked out of the Hotel the next day. Love Holidays wrote back to me on 22nd June advising that they would contact their Hotel company and get me refund for the remaining six nights. i have not heard anything back from them until today 10th July so I wrote them again and have been advised that now as I have returned back there is nothing they can do. This is my first and last experience with Love Holidays. i also learnt that they are not ABTA member and it explains why as their standards are poor in choosing hotels. golden dune hotel should not be sold on UK website, it is purely for the locals, none of the staff speak English there apart from the Manager. Also the bed and mattress and pillows were very very uncomfortable to put it mildly, I did not take any photos as i did not want to stay there a second longer than i had to.

Our vacation was excellent. Mainly animators program was really amusing and girls are amazing at their work. You can also win a bottle of champagne🤩. Hotel is reconstructed and modern. We are very satisfied with our hotel choise. I recommend this hotel for your holidays.
