Consists of the basic 10-storey building and 4-storey buildings.

Beach: public sandy beach, 300 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Chaise Lounges and umbrellas - charge.

Brilliant hotel and family run the hotel are brilliant the rooms are clean and tidy it's our third time here we were here in June and August can't wait till next year

It comes to something when your transfer driver asks where your stopping I say arda he goes why? Now I understand worst hotel ever dirty dirty dirty please listen and read reviews on tripadvisor too.. even if you think it's a bed you just need.. omg no it's beyond filthy.. food is atrocious and pool no filter its like soup.. I didnt expect or pay 5 star money just cheap and cheerful.. this wasn't.. rude staff that lie loads to protect themselves and certainly doesn't like disabled people he makes that clear.. the rep tells.manager off but mothing changes..you get bitten in the lobby area from cat fleas..and everything you ask for come.at extra charge before 1 week .. clean sheets clean towels kettle cup fridge aircon.. all 15lev.. believe me im not posh and stayed in some places but is the worst ever.. this is a honest review.. all the good reviews are family and friends of the hotel.. avoid and read and listen to reviews the pics don't lie

Room was what you pay for with decent views of the souring area and sometimes the sea depending on your room, however its beside the main road and can be very loud at times so earplugs is recommended. cleaners do well and are always near by. breakfast was sufficient and does the job but don’t expect nothing amazing. the staff are friendly. and the lobby and bar are sweet

Nice hotel and a lovely family that run it, hotel is in a nice spot as when you step outside it's a short walk to shops and bars also it's not far from the beach. Just needs more people doing half board as the evening meals wasn't really that good but the evening meals for our last 2 nights where brill as 50 Hungarians stayed at the hotel.

Arda Hotel was clean, the people were friendly. It was a great base for the beach and a walk along the main front.
The breakfast was toast, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages beans. I didn’t mind it at all filled me up. People moaned about it but not sure what they were expecting.
We were half board and I liked the meals at night and the service was good. I loved the little lady that served.
They pool area is clean and the pool is lovely but it is 🥶.
It’s a family run hotel and I found them to be friendly and a really nice family and would definitely go back.

Was here last week 14th - 21st may with my daughter, grandson & niece. We all thourghly enjoyed our stay the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful nothing was too much trouble for them they were on call 24/7 with plenty of smiles I would recommend this hotel with my family will definitely be back. Thank you to all staff for making this a great holiday Xxx

First time at arda hotel with family members of different ages, it is basic you get what you pay for. family run hotel fantastic service from all staff could not fault them in any way very very accommodating defo recommend and will be back next year xxx ❤❤❤
