The room was very nice and clean, we had everything we needed, perfect location, withing walking distance to the old town and 2 minutes away from the beach. Room cleaning was done daily and had some complementary water in the fridge upon arrival.
The pool was very nice, with a terrace, sunbeds, and a cute patio.
Parking spot was included, and the owner was always there to help us and spoke perfect english, he was the best!
I highly recommend it, perfect location, very good value for money, also had a fridge with cold beverages at good price. From all my years of going to Bulgaria, I believe it to be the best experience I had. 😄

Very good hotel next to the most popular beach of Sozopol! The staff was very friendly and helpful! There was also parking outside of the hotel!

Clean rooms, nice, friendly and polite staff, close to the beach, also a big plus for being pet friendly:)

Amazing hotel! Clean rooms, very nice pool and outdoor area, friendly staff. The location is great - in a quiet area of Sozopol, very close to Harmany beach and within walking distance to the city centre and the Old town. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely choose them again myself.

Excellent small hotel with nice swimming pool, clean and very central, within walking distance to beach,city center, restaurants and old town.
All rooms spacious and seaview

Moldy bathrooms, parking is unattainable, and the pancakes were undercooked.

Stay away from this place! The most of the staff are Not friendly unfortunately . The price over the phone and online price too, was cheaper than what they actually charged us. The bathroom has mold and smells bad all the time. Even worst, our lower level room (-1), did smell urine like as well for some reason. They gave us a spray bottle to fight with that smell, really! Asked for other room, they say Not possible, enjoy your stay! 🤦‍♂️
