Hotel manager welcomed me with parking for my car right opposite hotel that had tons of space (and also many colleagues with normal sizes pets - its nice its sensibly pet friendly) - parking made me feel calm because I'm obsessed with cars, great room, and restaurant has fantastic food for breakfast and dinner!
Shop is reasonably priced, bar team so friendly and a great place to go and escape and be peaceful next to the beach.
Water pressure is perfect in showers and everything is high quality!
Our company booked this hotel for a teambuilding because it is supposed to be pet friendly. The reservation manager assured in advance that they accept dogs of any size and that we can bring our dogs.
However, we were rejected by the reservation manager because one of the dogs is "too big" (he's 33 kg). We never had issues with our dogs in any other hotel.
The whole situation was handled very poorly and unprofessionally by the staff. I cannot imagine them being able to deal with international guests.
We were looking forward to enjoy a weekend at the seaside, but it was ruined by unprofessionalism. The teambuilding was cancelled for us since we were excluded from the hotel and separated from our team.
