Good sized studio appartment, we stayed on ground floor and door opened onto poolside. Very clean and nice big pool, close to beach and, old town about 15 min walk.

A place with an excellent position. You need only couple of minutes to reach the beach. There are two pools inside, shower and spa. There is a small café-restaurant where you can order coffee, drinks or food and eat near the pool. Drinks with fruit juice and soda are so delicious. You can order a coffee with the almond milk for the same price as with the cow milk. After 6 pools are in the shadow. Apartments are clean and cosy, not very fancy and new.

Very good location, next to the beach, close to lidl and you can walk to the old town too. Nice, clean and comfortable.

Bed bugs beware! They are evidently crawling all over the mattress, cancelled the reservation as soon as we saw them. The staff was courteous, but this was a clear non- negotiable. Other than that the hotel is in a nice location with paid parking nearby

The hotel has an opportunity to be great, however the attitude of the staff is awful and unprofessional. All of our requests have been met with grimaces, the AC in the apartment was leaking and our whole terrace was flooded as a result. There was no mop to dry the terrace down, nor they allowed us to have one. The sofa in the living room was broken, the hairdryer was broken. Towels they did not regularly change. Overall an awful experience, do not recommend!

A bit of a mixed experience. I'll start with the good:
It has an amazing location, next to the beach, close to the center and old town so close to bars, there is also a paid parking nearby if you're with a car that costs just 15lv per day. The staff was nice and pleasant, welcoming.
However, the rooms were quite dirty and dusty, there were some swim trunks left in the closet by the previous visitors. The nice people at reception also mixed up our rooms as we had 2 people rooms but one of them was only a 4 people room and they were quite reluctant to move us because we were there for 2 nights only.

Staff doesn't speak any English. They made us pay full price for the stay before even showing us the room, and once we got to the room we saw that the bathroom hasn't been cleaned after the previous guests. They didn't pay us anything back for the trouble. They charge for parking, an unbelievable amount of 5€ per day, although they don't have an actual parking lot, you're supposed to just park your car in front of the hotel.

High price, sheets are being changed on every three days. Most of the time they give us only two towels for four people. Some days don't emptying the rubbish bin. Otherwise it's ok, lovely pool's

We liked literally everything about the property - perfect location, extremely friendly staff who are there for their guests for whatever they might need, cozy rooms, fully equipped and perfectly clean. I did the booking in the very last minute - my friends and I were planning on throwing a surprise show-up for our birthday girl. Consequently I came up with so many extra wishes, questions and requirements (sorry about that) but those seemed to be absolutely no problem for the staff to help with. These people really bring their A-game when they come to work! Keep it up guys! You show 'em what Bulgarian hospitality is!
Special thanks to Radka who was soo cooperative and patient and friendly! Wonder woman!
Can't wait to visit Sozopol again and to book my stay at Onegin - there's no other destination (hotel) for us from now on! Thank you all, big time!

Bedrooms are good, but the bathrooms are quirky. The front desk people were nice.
