Hotels All-inclusive with kids in Bulgaria

We have been visiting Sunny Beach for the last 15 years (approx) lol and spent our first couple years at other hotels but Laguna park was the best not just for us but for the kids too, when we first went there was a small slide in the middle of the pool that was it, over the years the hotel has improved by what i would say 100%, with its aqua slides ect ect

People complained this year about reserving their sunbeds before 9am and having their towels removed, all you need to do is stay with your beds till after 9am, People complained about the food not hot enough, mine was OK but if you want there is a microwave next to the toasters you could use, People complained about the lifeguards whistling, well its their job to keep everyone safe, people running...

Kids pool is great but can be chilly early morning for the kids (kids have to go down the slides alone, no big kids or adults allowed to assist) few reviews mention about the pool staff blowing their whistles but in fairness to them they always had a valid reason

On arrival we had to remind the girl we was stood at the desk for a reason (to book in) as she kept walking away and talking with someone else, on our second week we complained to the reception that our air condition had turned warm to be told that it had been turn over as customers complained they was cold, ( why didn't the customers turn their air con off in the room ) I explained my husband had...

What i witnessed in September this year was plenty of children taken out of school to holiday and bear in mind we are 2 hours ahead so 10pm is not that late when realistically it was 8pm

Went here with my family, hotel is clean with plenty food options for everyone (very repetitive) but I suppose that’s the nature of an all inclusive

Wonderful place - large, clean and confortable room, wonderful salty water swimming pool, nice terrace, fresh and tasty food, great staff. The sandy beach was 10 min by walking. Great vacation! We will come back!

Was here with as a mother and mature daughter taking a 1 week all inclusive vacation in Varna in September. The hotel was well known by the taxi driver and we were dropped off right at the exit

The rooms were clean and of good size, with an en-suite and a nice sized balcony with outdoor seating furniture. There was also a clothes rack on the balcony. The air con and Tv worked fine in the room

The food was tasty with a lot of variety. Fresh soups at lunch and dinner, one being meat option and one being meat-free/ vegetarian. Meat-free/ vegetarian dishes were available too

Good selection of salads and vegetables. At the time, Milanka was working at the restaurant ensuring everything is clean, well stocked up, and tasty. Milanka and the team did a great job during our stay

However the construction of the property and placement of the pool is such that there is sun shining at the pool area until about 1pm. After this time, the sun is behind the building covering the pool and the pool area

This is all you need to hear to make up your mind with this hotel First this is no 4 star hotel. The rooms were dirty with mold on the walls and the air conditioner was full with mold I got sick because of that

In some rooms the WiFi is soo bad. The food is not great but not worse at all. But the drinks some of them were diluted with water even the coffee and the beer. Drinks At the bar weren't that great

The food in the restaurant is European standard, all natural and better than in most restaurants around the hotel. Since early in the season, to give a more objective assessment is not possible

1) The location is great, next to the beach. 2) The food is varied, without seafood. There was ice cream around 4 pm every day. 3) The cleaning in the rooms leaves much to be desired

I want to especially congratulate the animator Sashko. We were a whole group and we were extremely fascinated by it

When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed that the room that I took was not up to the 4-star standard that this hotel claims to have, apart from the fact that the cleanliness left much to be desired in the most obvious way, for example there was dust, a lot of hair from previous customers including in the bathroom in the bathtub and toilet, the refrigerator in the room did not work and the television...

you can use both swimming pool and also they have indoor pool. Our room had jungle view which was awesome. it was clean and they daily room service

Limited choice of 5 cocktails, nothing fancy but good enough. AMENITIES: 3 swimming pools (2 outside, 1 inside), can usually find a spot to sit despite the usual towel on the sunbed tricks

LOCAL AREA: A nice place to take a family, plenty to do and see and the beach was beautiful, although you do have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas on all the beach's

Double tree is a good hotel with nice and respectful staff which they help and guide you if you have any question. They have their own beach wich free shuttle is available

They make proper cocktails! Lovely hotel with friendly staff.

Didn't use any of the spa, as most was extra cost. Did use the gym, and with a bit of imagination it was absolutely fine. ROOM: Was great, it was spacious and the bed was very comfortable

Food was very good and snacks anytime during the day, restaurant staff could have been more friendly and at least acknowledge you. However the room cleaners where smiley and room was cleaned everyday

This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic

Only downside was the swimming pools were too cold to swimming and the sea too, but we still sunbed on the beach which was fantastic

We hired a car which was easy parking was right outside the front of the hotel for free the whole Hotel experience was a pleasure And fantastic value for money if you’re looking for a last-minute holiday, we got way more than what we expected

Cant fault hotel, staff and food but came in October and everywhere is shut no entertainment no buses just taxis £30 one way into Varna and again not a lot to do

Great service & facilities, very quiet due to out of season but we knew that nice staff & good varied amount of food

Very nice place to go with family. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Good food and very nice atmosphere during the time. The Flying Team are so good with children to organise their time. We had very good time .

The restaurant food is not catered for English guests and at best is Luke warm did try eating here twice and gave up , ended up eating out the rest of the week, pool bar staff are mostly good

The combination of excellent facilities and the outstanding animation program led by Liza and Kristina makes it a perfect choice for families and individuals alike

I was here with my family in August 2023 we had a really good holiday the staff in the hotel were all very helpful and friendly the mena palace supermarket outside however the man with glasses is very rude shouting at my 12 year old daughter he's a embarrassment to his country as didn't find anyone else anywhere on our holiday rude like him please don't take that as any fault of the hotel as room were...

The life guard at the pool was lovely and managed to get us sunbeds as people had just dumped their stuff on them & left

Perfect for families with children as it is very much the offer is, everything is manageable and everything is clean. Even the toilets by the Pool are cleaned every 30 minutes. We come next year definitely again!

The room is quite large, I have a double bed and a single. I am all inclusive and the drinks are local products with real Coke zero or normal coke. The pool is large and the area clear

A little repetitive buffer,the rooms are not so modern,no free wifi, and a safty box costs 8 leva per day. The pool closes 18 a little early. Otherwise, the pool area is very nice

At check issued bonuses-visit local restaurants. We were in Bulgarian and Italian. Nothing to do with these kitchens were not. On site there is a swimming pool with two bowls under the open sky

Beach clean,put umbrellas,chairs. The entrance to the sea is not very convenient due to the presence of stones. The whole hotel complex built for the entertainment of children

Bargain-then you will be happy in the acquisition of cool gizmos. Overall stay is peaceful,designed for children. Don't think the nuances I put four stars

Positive points: The hotel is located 2 minutes' walk from the beach, the view towards the sea and the hill is beautiful, the area is quiet, the rooms are relatively clean, the foam mattresses and pillows are very comfortable; spacious lobby, clean pool, enough sunbeds at the pool and on the beach

It is close to the beach and the center. :( There was a smell in the bathroom from the very beginning. It was clearly not cleaned properly. 2 out of 3 people of our family were sick bcs of the food

We don’t have any problems usually. !!! I don’t know wether this is managed by the hotel or not, but the woman who took care of the sunbeds at the hotel’s private beach was really really rude to us

In this year Hotel Malibu was a really good choice for my family. The room was good and clean, cleaned daily. The food was amazing and fresh. I can only recommend the services of Hotel Malibu

The beach has beautiful sand,no pebbles and very few shells. The sea was warm,and has lifeguards. We would definitely go back to Albena

The hotel itself is situated in the centre of Albena, where there were many shops,stalls, and plenty of amenities. The whole complex is for tourists,is very clean,safe, and quiet at night

The rooms are not high class but it was clean, clean bedding, staff very friendly and helpful. Food well prepared, diversified, fresh. We didn't have any health problems. Thank you!

Nice people, big pool, one for kids one for adults. Really big rooms with AC ❤️ I love it. The food obviously isn't so good like at every other hotel with breakfast, but you can still find something to eat

The stay here was very pleasant. Pluses: - The stuff was very responsive and served us quick. They made sure that everything was clean. - During every meal serving, the stuff made sure to clean the finished plates

- the stuff from reception helped us with every question we had. - most of the stuff knew English very well. - in the menu, there was healthy food choices

We really liked thé hotel we really liked that Theresa animation thé staff was very friendly we liked Geri and Victor they show us really Fun games and we five speciál thanks to mr Monov he was very helpful

Middle class hotel with middle class staff. The barmans at the Lobby bar are rude and not professional at all. The pool isn't clean and safe and the food is below average

Always friendly, always nice, a big variety of games like archery, cocktail game, cup tournament and more! Their night shows are not to be missed as well with programs for kids and adults!

Good report money-services. We had a 7-day all inclusive vacation and exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go again there next year!

We’ve been to Bulgaria before and loved it- opted for this hotel this time because of the water slides (son aged 10) First impressions gave us the ick instantly hotel didn’t look as good as photos - but were frequent travellers so wasn’t put off at this and know that a holiday is what you make it

This hotel is lacking in a lot of areas! I’ve just spent 1 week here with my family and it’s safe to say we won’t return

Cold water but god damn the food and rooms were amazing the location it is a bit far from beach but a nice little morning walk is also nice so it didn't really matter to us if it was far (it's like 15 minutes slow pace) the ground are beautiful and there were cats

The room had a washing machine - a first for us on holiday - meant I came home with literally no laundry as everything got washed and dried in the Bulgarian sun! The pools are great / slides perfect for kids, plenty of loungers (although some more comfortable that others) - and the animation team great

Bed was broken, room was dusty. A lot of food but the same every day. Great location, close to beach, 3 pools with loads of chairs, very nice park, loads of plants

Amazing place - nice staff and clean rooms. The sea view is stunning in the morning at sunrise. There is direct access to the beach from the hotel. I'm glad we stayed here, we had an amazing holiday!

I had a lovely stay at Slavuna! The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the beach is amazing
