Perfectly located as my base for the climb/hike to the nearby Mountain Botev and the peak. The Hotel had everything that i required and more, the room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty and inexpensive. I'm very satisfied with my visit and will stay again in the future.

Good place. The staff was some kind of distracted and not so on point when serving.

Wonderful hosts and spectacular setting. Absolute hidden gem. We went for a very long hike and got lost, ended up being 4 hours away from our car with no busses or taxis. The host was super nice and came to get us.

The owners don’t speak a lot of English, but google translate makes it all pretty easy. The place is only 3 km away from the monastery and the owner offered to drive us there. I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. The beds and pillows were rather uncomfortable and I personally didn't like the room interior or the piles of mattresses and cleaning supplies in the narrow hallways. However, the service was excellent and the restaurant/pool area was very pleasant. The breakfast was also great.

The hotel is overall fine but the rooms are a bit worn-out. An unpleasant surprise was that the pool is open for everyone, it's not only for the hotel's guests. During the day the pool is full with people from outside the hotel and it gets really crowded and noisy. Not really a place where you can relax and enjoy.

Nice hotel but a bit worn-out interior of the rooms already. Room I stayed in was a single room which I found a bit small. Not many amenities in the room - no coffee and tea making facilities, no complimentary "Welcome" bottle of water. Location wise it's fine i would say. View and atmosphere are good and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Hotel is in Chiflik village with open pool in which you can enjoy all night and watch the stars on the sky....the party starts around midnight with lots of alcohol and music. Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath also available...food in the restaurant nothing special. Not quiet at night.

We went 2 years ago - the food was bad, rooms were in poor condition - but the swimming pool was amazingly hot and we had a great time. Fast forward to today - food was amazing, rooms were not luxurious by any means but clean and renovated. Would have been awesome but the pool was much colder and uncomfortable than last time, also somewhat dirty and in need of repair. Kudos for fixing the weak points...

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The guest was very nice and helpful. This place it is from walking distance from center. We had a really nice breakfast in the morning. I would give a minus fro the "old" smell from the rooms and the mattress was really soft (I think they are quite old). It is a fair price for what they offer.

The bathroom was okay but the faucets and the tub glass were not cleaned well. The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place. The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

This is an older property, so the rooms need an update, especially the bathrooms but they are still clean and spacious. The SPA is wonderful and had very good treatments. The indoor pool is a perfect 31 degrees for swimming and bobbing around. This is a family place so expect lots of kids unless you get there off season on a week day. We loved our stay. Mark down as it appears that, since its new owner took over 14 years ago, there hasn't been a refurb. Space and food are great. Spa services too. We will be back.

I agree with the previous comments. I would definitely return to Thai hotel. SPA services are great and you have an abundance of options. Saunas are renovated and great. The steam room was not working. Interesting why no one was working on it to fix it!? The rooms were small and the floor was old but the furniture was new. The outdoor pool was very cold. Rooms are big enough and clean. The location is great, near the park and not near other buildings. The swimming pool is very well organized and the room is ventilated, so humidity doesn't get unbearable as in other hotels with indoors spa, also suitable for little children. Would recommend it for staying as it's just across the city museum! You can order breakfast ahead, the room was clean, and the personnel was welcoming. There's parking though it's a bit hard to enter with a bigger car.

Excellent on all levels. Fast wifi, Wonderful but small and cosy rooms and maintained well ..accept for one small thibg: the shower head clamp which was broken and I, 1.91 m tall, wasn’t able to set it at a comfortable height. Nevertheless 5 stars from us. The staff was nice and helpful and also spoke English. We will be back.

Wow wow wow .. this place is AMAZING. For that little town this is some next level hotel .. they've got some rooms that are unique to any hotel in Bulgaria. We were in the romantic room where you can find a all round bad in a huge room with a massage shower in the f....k room !! Which is like a go to for a Romantic or honeymoon room. Definitely go there if you are in the region !!

This is a great place to stay if you're here for vacation. Although the room is not too big, the facilities are all in great condition. Also the staff are friendly and fluent in English, especially the girl who was on day shift of 09-Jun-2019. I think her name is Gabri? If possible, I'd like to thank her for the kindness and patience she showed, and all the help she offered!

Excellent location in the city center, just 5-10 minutes walk from the bus and train station. The owners are very nice people, they treated me like a family member, and they helped me with everything. The hotel has a beautiful rose garden and a perfect view on the main square, so I could enjoy the folklore dance competition from the terrace of the hotel. A memory, which I will never forget :)

This is a cozy hotel in the center of Kanzalak city. The room was well equiped and very clean. I was pleased to find in my room a free bottle of wine at my arrival. The shower has mineral thermal water which it looks very interesting to me. 👍 The breakfast was decent, you can have free coffee during the day.
