Where to stay in Apriltsi

Perfectly located as my base for the climb/hike to the nearby Mountain Botev and the peak. The Hotel had everything that i required and more, the room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty and inexpensive. I'm very satisfied with my visit and will stay again in the future.

Good place. The staff was some kind of distracted and not so on point when serving.

Great view to the mountains. Delicious local food. You can feel the spirit of ancient times inside the hotel. Next to the park. Pets friendly. Hope to visit it again this summer. Thanks for the great food and service.

Lovely place, lady was extremely helpful. Kids had ton of fun in the pool, which is heated. No complains what so ever. Love it that we could take our dog too!

Well equipped, it's nice to have company, the staff is very friendly, we were in a bugalo it was very clean, there are common cooking facilities in each house, space for everyone.

Almost ideal service: close to the center, on the road to Troyan; space for cars in the yard; the employee is responsive; the pool is clean but cannot be watched underwater, entertainment for children. Wonderful hosts and spectacular setting. Absolute hidden gem. We went for a very long hike and got lost, ended up being 4 hours away from our car with no busses or taxis. The host was super nice and came to get us.

A wonderful place to stay. It’s not luxurious, but it’s clean, affordable and the owners are truly kind and friendly. The owners don’t speak a lot of English, but google translate makes it all pretty easy. The place is only 3 km away from the monastery and the owner offered to drive us there. I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. The hotel is overall fine but the rooms are a bit worn-out. An unpleasant surprise was that the pool is open for everyone, it's not only for the hotel's guests. During the day the pool is full with people from outside the hotel and it gets really crowded and noisy. Not really a place where you can relax and enjoy.

Breakfast is a bit shabby and the walls of the rooms are so thin that you can hear your neighbors taking their night pills, but nothing compares to the noises you can enjoy when your neighbors have a hard time having sex. It is set in a really nice and quiet region. The air you breath, you can feel its cleanness. The food is amazing. The service and the staff are also very kind and positive, always with a smile. The hotel also has an inside pool, which is a big plus. The corridors are clean and the rooms, too. You can just get carried away and lose yourself in there.

I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

We went 2 years ago - the food was bad, rooms were in poor condition - but the swimming pool was amazingly hot and we had a great time. Fast forward to today - food was amazing, rooms were not luxurious by any means but clean and renovated. Nice hotel with wonderful thermal water! Beautifully decorated stairways and clean rooms. Simple interior decoration and partially shabby swimming pools - the walls of the indoor pool area didn't look great and the tiles of the outdoor pool were partially fallen out. There is a really nice ethno restaurant though and the thermal water and the relatively low price of the rooms make it all good! ;)

The how outside pool seems very nice for the winter time. The live music at the restaurant is not my thing, I prefer to be able to talk to and hear the people I am dining with. The inside pool was very clean. The biggest downside was the small(kids) pool was like 40 degrees Celsius or more. You can barely stay there more than 5 minutes and I doubt it's very safe for small kids. So not very kid friendly...

Food is a bit overpriced but overall good place for a swim

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The guest was very nice and helpful. This place it is from walking distance from center. We had a really nice breakfast in the morning. I would give a minus fro the "old" smell from the rooms and the mattress was really soft (I think they are quite old). It is a fair price for what they offer.

Booked on short notice at around noon a double luxury room (70Lv) with breakfast and immediately got offered a child travel bed at the reception. The owner, who is also the host is very polite, good cook and offer very good service. Not the typical local guy. The hotel is very clean and has its own small spa center with jacuzzi and steam bath. The menu in the restaurant is not big, but everything is home cooked by the owner.
