Absolutely horrible stay and complaining on behalf of my neace!
Just because she is a child it doesn't mean you get to treat the children in this way!
No Hot water for 3 days and the windows couldn't be open so fresh air can come in! Absolutely disgusting!I will never recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel

Very pretty hotel, clean rooms, lots of mirrors, a little balcony. There is a dryer in the bathroom, TV and a fridge. Its close to the mall and 15-20 minutes walking to Aliosha. Everything you would wish for a little vacation in Plovdiv. The centre is not very close - 5-10 minutes with a car, but not uncomfortably far. The staff was polite. Thank you for having us!

Quite a few stairs, the room we were in is ready for refurbishment. Great resturant down stairs. A long walk to the centre

We were accommodated in the 2nd building (behind the restaurant) and the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom looked like it was last cleaned at least two weeks ago, one of the towels was quite old and its edges were trimmed. Ok for one night sleep, but far from comfort

okay for the price, rooms were quite dirty and our sink was in our shower also bed sheets were just pieces of material that kept coming off. staff was friendly and helpful. very beautiful from the outside and close to shopping and sports centres. 5 minutes drive to the town centre . you get what you pay for.
