Very classy boutique hotel right in the Centre of the city, in walking distance from the old town. The room was excellent, furnished in vintage style and the hostess was very pleasant. Breakfast was continental style, but on request you could have English style breakfast. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The Staff doesn't speak English at all and breakfast is poor in terms of coffees and milk without lactose.

The hotel is in a really great localisation - very close to the old town, and from my room and restaurant I could see a view of Odeon. Really stunning.

Regarding the hotel itself - it has amazing staff, very kind and helpful - they make you feel like home :) The breakfast served in there is very tasty and the smell of fresh baked croissants is all around the floor in the morning. So cozy! If I come to Plovdiv once again I'm definitely going to stay there!

Service barely exists, they need to learn to some standard customer service skills😕. Rooms are big, comfortable and nicely decorated😀
Breakfast is nice, but only get 1 coffee, which is only 1/2 a mug.
Excellent location for all attractions; Plovid is a beautiful city with lots to do and see,, all with within 10 mins walk of each attraction. 🤩

very nice room, very clean. bathroom also very clean. There is a small lift available to avoid carrying luggage up the stairs. small fridge, flat screen TV and air conditioning available in the room. I'm very happy. I recommend.

An exquisite place to stay! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and large. The staff is super kind and friendly.
I had the pleasure to have a cute balcony in my room in front of the ancient Roman ruins.
5 stars deserved!

The hotel is small and located in the very city center. A bit off the main shopping street but to me this is a bonus. Excellent kitchen. The only drawback is the near boulevard that tends to be quite noisy during rush hours.

Had a really lovely meal. Staff were extremely helpful with choices.
Menu to suit every taste - including vegetarian. Would thorough[y recommend a visit while in Plovdiv Not too expensive.

Well furnished, well decorated and well priced. The staff is professional and very helpful. Being next to the boulevard shouldn't be a problem, because you're smack in the middle of the city center, so you shouldn't be spending much time in your room anyway.
