I stayed here four nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is an older, classy, clean, establishment with spacious rooms, a wonderful breakfast buffet with numerous choices, as well as coffee’s, cappuccino, espresso. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel I’ve been in. It is perfectly situated with local shopping, restaurants, and the numerous top sites of Sofia within walking distance. It is absolutely a great value for the service they provide. My thanks to the staff for a wonderful four-day day here and beautiful Sofia, Bulgaria.

Everything is absolutely terrible for this price! One outlet for the whole room, the mattresses are terrible, you can feel the springs, there was a piece of metal sticking out of the mattress, it scratched my legs, the breakfast is disgusting, the only hot dish is scrambled eggs, and that was ice-cold and oversalted, the juices are terrible, undrinkable. Totally disappointed! I don't recommend it to anyone!

Although the hotel is older, it remains luxurious and clean; the location is excellent, convenient for getting around; the breakfast is also very good and runs for a long time; I would choose it again next time.

Hotel is well located. Breakfast is weak. It definitely doesn't have the services expected of a 4-star hotel.

The definition of the perfect location. Metro line with connection to the airport just 4 minutes away. Every attraction is just within 5 to 12 minutes walking range. Literally. So basically, Sofia is on your feet.
The employees were always there to help you with anything you might ask. Clean room with a nice comfy bed, king size, they said, a comfy double bed, I say.
Nice buffet for breakfast with a great variety of products.

The location is OK, convenient for travel

Hygiene: It feels a bit shabby compared to other hotels, the sheets are not very comfortable to sleep on, and the mattress is average

Localisation is pretty close to city center (but the street the hotel is on seems unsafe, is full of drunk and homeless people) and, sadly, that's the only good thing I can say. I asked for two separate beds, we got one bed with worn out mattresses and not enough sheets, had to make the bed by myself - and honestly I'd just ignore that if not other things...
At first room seemed clean, then I noticed dust in the bathroom and black mold on the ceiling (and that's pretty harmful for health). Walls are definitely not soundproof - you can hear other guests and the elevator very well, especially because quiet hours are not respected, reception doesn't react to all night parties. Some receptionists are nice, but there's one that's plainly mean to the guests and make you feel like you're an unwanted intruder. Definitely not a 4 star hotel standard.

The staff was very unprofessional, I booked the room several weeks before they confirmed the reservation but when we went there they told us that they completely forgot to book the room which I thought was a lack of professionalism, we waited 4 hours for the room to be ready and when we came at 14:00 to check in the receptionist told us that the room was still not ready. They lied to us and told us that the parking was for free and then charged us 24 leva or 12 EUR per day. The room was not clean and not the one that we booked, we saw big black bugs all over the place in the bathroom and the sleeping area. Nicola the receptionist was so unprofessional, he was not polite at all and lied to us which I think is terrible. Never booking a room with them again and I would suggest for everyone not to book a room with them.

Absolutely disgusting hotel - old, dirty, and run-down. We had black mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the plaster was falling off of the bedroom wall. We had a huge hole in the wall behing the toilet, covered inly by a sheet of paper. The fridge wasn't working at all, the mirror was broken, and the shower cabin was impossible to close (the cabin door was falling out). Everything was covered in dust.

The hotel has quite a good location, close to the city center on the pedestrian street. The rooms are quite old and mattresses are quite bad, but everything is clean. The weirdest thing that this hotel is enforce you to leave the keys on the reception. Basically they asked you to do it when you are passing by the reception desk. It's very annoying.
