Staff mostly friendly. Condition of hotel not great frankly, but then again the price was lower than some of those i compared with. But not that well maintained, and a few things could be better with a bit more effort on maintanance, etc.

Dated and a tiny bit dusty but other than that a great place for a quick stay that’s very conveniently located.

This hotel is like an oyster. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it's got everything you need. Nice reception, friendly staff, rooms basic but well designed. Facilities are in good working order, including airco and h/c water, even the mini bar is stocked. Just one critique: only one elevator.

No way is this a 4* hotel - I’m not sure it’s even 3*. The room was shabby & old and looked like a b&b from the 80s. I suspect the listing shows photographs of the rooms as they were 10/15 years ago. The beds were ok - though we were given a twin room despite booking a double. The sheets were clean but the bathroom not so much. There were dirty marks all round the taps, the shower was just handheld over the bath which had filthy sealant round it.
The lobby of the hotel smells of cigarette smoke and it’s situated in a grotty run down side street.
Do not waste your money staying here - spend the extra £20 or so and get one of the ‘5*’ hotels which are hopefully more like their ******* listings,

The plus points to the hotel are: it is in a good location which is ideal for sightseeing, shopping, and eating out; and the receptionists speak good English and are helpful. On the downside, our room was relatively small and a little old fashioned and the bathroom was poky. Breakfast was good, but do not use the hotel's website to influence your choice, as it offers and lists several services which are no longer available e.g. Ramana Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Relax Café Bar and Room Service. It also suggests a garden which may be a tiny paved area outside the breakfast room.

Decent hotel a few minutes walking from vitosha blv. The room was good and the personnel nice and helpful. I would like to suggest to pay more attention on the rooms cleaning details. Anyway, considering the price it was a very good experience.

Positives: Nice staff, good location. Other than that, I can't think of anything.

If you must go, I suggest you bring the air freshener. In rm 24, there is a hole 6x8 from the sewage pipe, the smell is like...mm just can't breathe, also bring the insects killer too, there were bugs crawling from the terrace into the rm.

Nice and quiet hotel close to city center and with many options of transportation.
The room was spacious, comforfable, well designed and had a great view (5th floor room).
One little thorn is the Breakfast which isn't very diversified, food was just OK.
