Nice hotel, large quiet rooms. Breakfast fine but certainly not lavish. They charge you to use the sauna which for a 5 star hotel is a bit cheeky

The hotel is fine. The rooms are very spacious and decked out, but there are no outlets near the beds and no toiletries were provided in the bathroom. The handle in my bath tub came off the wall as soon as I touched it which is really dangerous. I tried to tell the front desk but they didn't seem to understand the issue. The location is not terrible, but definitely a good 20 minutes walk from the main attractions. Not a lot of food options around either.

Very disappointing weekend stay. The place is, I guess, somewhat unique, what with the artwork, plush faux-KGB style trimmings and dark interiors. However, when I stayed, a few things went wrong. Some sort of mix-up made housekeeping think I checked out a day earlier than I actually did - my key card was deactivated, water/coffee/towels not replaced etc. Not great when you come back in the evening after a very rainy and cold day in a bleak and depressing city. AC was impossible to adjust properly. Breakfast was very shabby, items were not re-filled in time, and there wasn't even any bread on Sunday morning (just ultra-processed toast and rolls). Some staff at reception were friendly and professional (e.g. the lady doing the night shift), others were downright rude (e.g. the woman who checked me out on Sunday morning and clearly wasn't enjoying her job).
One star for the cozy and clean room, and another for the very central location. Other than that, this is nowhere remotely near five star standard. Not recommended.

A very unique hotel! I really enjoyed my stay here and would book again! There is beautiful abstract art covering most walls and all empty space is filled with sculptures. Never seen a hotel like it! Great service, lovely location, nice rooms, nice amenities too. Parking on site too (paid).

Overall good. Spacious rooms, beautiful and glamorous art all over. Service mostly good but not very friendly at the desk. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff were very sweet and friendly. Had a good massage at the spa, nice staff there. Breakfast was good. Location perfect, walked everywhere we went.
