The personnel is fantastic (mostly all of them) specially if they try to help you.
The room is average/medium due they give you a non renovated, non climatized room and a non screen shower in the bathroom so when you take a shower everything is a mess. Nice ambience in the hotel (reception area) and good in general (because of the offer I got from Trip, 41€) 300 mts from the central railway station and very quick check in.

The room was very average and dated. I requested a king-size bed but got a twin room instead. The outdoor tram noise was too loud, and the room wasn't cleaned promptly. It wasn't cleaned for two nights.

Honestly its a mediocre dated hotel that needs massive renovation and upskilling of staff. The corridors are pretty poor condition everything stinks of cigarette and death and the staff barely speak any english l. For a ****** hotel absolutely unacceptable. The ONLY GOOD THING about it is the spa that of course is outsourced to another provider thankful. Overall 1. Replace Management 2. Upskill staff 3. Renovate the hotel 4. Do some promo

Room was barebones and dirty in places, tired carpet and stains etc. Bathroom okay, dated toilet and broken shower head & holder. Check in desk were helpful, but most other staff I encountered were either dismissive or unfriendly.

The money I spent is definitely wasted, they gave me a hard time & they let me wait for more than 6 hours to be checked in, even though I already informed them that I’ll pay early check in. The facility got more than 600 rooms and themsnsher in the reception area, whose name is Kristiyana, lied on me! She said that there’s no room available to think that there were no more than 600 guests on the said date. She tripped on me same goes with her colleague! This is unacceptable, to think that I am a senior! They made my stay in Ramada Sofia Bulgaria central station branch so stressful. Justice should be served! I paid for my stay & it was not for free!!
