One of the worst hotels I ever stayed. I booked Standard room and it was very small, smelly with dated furniture. Bed with mattress was old, dirty, uncomfortable. Unpleasant room.
Breakfast wasn't good either 😐 with very cheap quality of products.
I read a reviews before to book & I still don't understand how can be 8.4 on Booking??????
Just one + it is a Free Parking.

Maybe not the best, modern hotel, but the best money contribute. In the center, big parking, staff highly professional... So tasty breakfast. Greetings to FORUM. I'll come back next time

I didn’t like the hotel. Beds are very soft, bathroom very outdated. Rooms are small. Good breakfast!

This is mixed experience. I spent thefe 2 nights. The first night was a nightmare. We got aroom on the 3rd floor which is old and poorly maintained. The air condition didn't work in a warm night, and we didn't sleep all that night. We complaied on that evening, but they couldn't find a solution for that night. On the next morning, we asked for early leave, and then they offer another room on ground floor. That room was much better, it resides in renewed section, everything was new and well function.

We made our reservation through hotels.com. After reviewing the website, we based our decision on the appearance of the rooms and the reviews.
Upon arrival, we noticed that the rooms were poorly maintained, with stains and dirt on the curtains and drapes, and that the rooms were stuffy and damp.
When we asked reception for towels, they asked why we needed them. When we asked for slippers, they told us they weren't required to provide them.

While we were chatting and enjoying our breakfast, the staff stood over us and, in a rude manner, asked us to leave the breakfast room. They cleared the plates from the table without asking permission. I recommend that the hotel management encourage their staff to behave more politely.

The thing is that the pictures of the rooms online were not the same as the ones we stayed in, there was breakfast and that was not bad, the air conditioner did not work properly at all, and i actually really hoped there was a good working air conditioner, because it is summer. The cola costs 4,20€ and that is just too expensive for a Cola. The rooms were small and not spacious, the bathroom was fine, there was a stain on the curtain. I recommend this hotel only if you eeally need a place to stay in just for tge night, but not for comfort.

Even though the hotel is outside Sofia center, there is a tram nearby. Transport is cheap.
Breakfast was good with lots of fruits and sweet desserts besides the usual items usually served in continental breakfast.
It seems like a popular hotel for birthday parties.

The room was clean and tidy, very close to the bus stop, and the service was good.
