Hostel N1 in Sofia in Sofia

I had a very disappointing stay at this hostel. One of the volunteers, Nicholas, was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward guests. Although the hostel expects guests to be as quiet as possible after 10:00 PM, he did not follow the same rules. He stayed in the dorm room with guests, came in after midnight, loudly slammed the door and cupboards, and woke everyone up. He also used extra beds to store his clothes and luggage instead of leaving them available for guests. At times, he sat on the top bunk with his feet hanging over the edge directly in front of other guests' beds, which I found inconsiderate and unhygienic. I reported this volunteer's behavior to the owner on three separate occasions, but nothing was done. It was disappointing to see my concerns ignored, and the behavior continued throughout my stay. The hostel's cleanliness and maintenance were also disappointing. I saw a cockroach in front of the reception area. The showers were dirty and cluttered with empty, unused bottles that had been left there. During my stay, the handle on one of the sinks broke and remained unrepaired for quite some time. I was also charged extra when extending my stay, but no receipt or documentation was provided.
