Horrible beds, horrible smell from the shower drain, outside airconditioner unit made as much noise as a washing maschine coins and yes my windows were closed and my airconditioning was off. Although if you have an enemy you can definetely recommend this hotel to him/her.

This is a fantastic place to stay when in Sofia, with a great central location near a market and cosy coffee shops. The hotel offers convenient perks like a lobby bar and free underground parking, and the staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to chat with you about your travels. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with separate bedroom and living room areas.

The only downside I experienced was the noise, as my room faced the boulevard where construction started early every weekday morning. Unfortunately, the windows didn’t block much of the sound. Better insulation could help, but I’d recommend requesting a room facing the backyard if possible.

Overall, though, it’s a wonderful place to stay with excellent service and a prime location.

I recommend the Central West Hotel, however, it's worth noting that it does not have an on-site restaurant, which could be a drawback for some guests. Nevertheless, the hotel offers a convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

An excellent choice for your staying in Sofia! The room and service was very nice and as expected! The best thing was the hospitality of the people and how they welcomed and helped us! Me and my family will never forget them and certainly will go there again when we come in Sofia again!

Prostorni stai, chisti i dobre obzavedeni, golemi, chisti i novi bani, lyubezen personal i lobi bar s luksozen izbor kafeta! Na edna minuta ot metro i 10 minuti pesha ot idealen tsentr. Prosto chudesno myasto!

Great rooms - very spacious and incredibly comfortable. The wifi was lightening fast - very important for my work. The lobby bar is great and has a large choice of coffees.

Two minutes from the metro station that connects you directly to the Airport and walking distance from the city center.

Overall, pricing were more than reasonable.
