The worst experience ever! Terrible service! I definitely do not recommend if you who don't want to end up on the street at night. So, I booked a room and I notified the receptionist or whatever that I will be at the hostel at 21:30. They told me it was okay and sent me some instructions on how to unlock a secret box near the doorbells in order to get the keys. So, at 21:30 I ended up alone on the street, trying to unlock that Pandora box to get my keys. Apparently, the code was wrong because I could't open the box. After calling the hostel about 10 times, no answer followed. Neither did they react to ringing the bell multiple times. Eventually, their help and availability was unreachable and an hour or so after I arrived in Sofia, I ended up alone at night with no accomodation. Many thanks! You'd better improve your customer service if you wanna work with tourists!

There are certain things which can be improved, actually. The overall ambience is ok, the rooms & bathrooms are neat and tidy, however when I rang to ask for directions (I was nearly there, just couldn't see the entrance), nobody picked up. It was only when I reached the building after walking back and forth, then they called back. Secondly, it was advertised that there is a breakfast service,but the only thing that I got was a croissant and a 500ml bottled water. The host was kind and courteous at all times and my room was spotless, this is why my review is with 3 stars. Thank you and for the next time just be more considerate because your guests may have come a long way and they don't deserve the nerves about finding where the hostel is when no one of the staff is answering the phone call.

Very affordable. Strong mouldy smell in staircase and in common bathrooms. No smell in rooms. Plenty of heat and hot water in shower. Noise from the street if your room is facing the street. Friendly staff but normally there is no staff on premises.

Peter Pan is not a real hostel but an apartment with rooms to rent. It is in a good position, it is very clean but it is lonely not lively as a hostel. The owner is very nice and helpful and gives good tips on where to go for meals and sightseeing.

Excellent apart-hostel in a great central location in Sofia. Located close to tram and bus links and even within walking distance of many central Sofia sights. Staff very amicable and helpful, contactable by text and meet you when you arrive in Sofia. The room we booked was clean and spacious and also came with free water and croissants for breakfast which is virtually unheard of at that price point. Would 100% recommend to all travelers visiting Sofia!

We booked for 3 beds room just for a night. The room was clean, warm and quiet. The owner friendly and helpful. The spot is very central which means that you can see many things by walking.
I don't give 5 stars because the wc wasn't so clean.
Also when i made the reservation the prescription of the hostel was saying that they provide free transfer from/to airport. But unfortunately it costs.
Otherwise is a good choice for a sort stay.

A very pleasant hostal in an excellent location. It has no on site staff but the owners are very helpful and quick to respond if you have any queries. The front door is on the main street next to a coffee kiosk.
