Don't stay here! We found needle marks in the toilet paper, pubes on the bathroom floor, and the entire hotel was falsely advertised on booking.com. And after we brought all this to their attention they still tried to charge us an extra $1000 just to downgrade from 2 rooms to 1 room woth two beds which was basically the size of the two shoe box sized rooms put together. Don't waste your money

10 years ago i stay in patricia hotel and i really enjoyed it look so classic in the heart of downtown it was very affordable price .lot of dry fruits chinease shops there and on hasting street lot of drug eddicts but they don't bauther you miss this hotel

It’s a pretty descent place for the money. There’s paid parking next to the building (roughly 10 bucks per night I think). My room had a big window so there was flawless air circulation the whole night. The bed was also great and I also had a great view! Cons - the neighborhood is not the best, also the building is old so, old vibes all the way.

It actually smells like something died in there... and tbh I wouldn't be surprised if something did. My friend and I were just wanting to stay one night... And we didn't even sleep. I also think we saw blood stains on the wall... I'm begging you, do NOT go here. Because I'd rather sleep in a porta-potty nearby.

Another update on this hotel. Once when I was staying there, I came down to the library section and noticed an ambulance and a doctors car parked outside. Later heard that a young guy had taken his own life in one of the rooms, 3rd floor I think. The cleaning staff new me quite well and one of them told me she was the one who found him as she entered his room for housekeeping. Sad. Aside of that, I first heard the Lab Rats playing live here too. Great live music, great food. What else do you need! As I mentioned, this place closed down as a hotel last year, and is now a place where homeless can live, funded by the government.

Small hotel on E.Hastings str which lead you through Chinatown to Downtown.The rooms are small old moderated but clean. Lobby is small but symphatic. The breakfast is served in the pub, regular nothing special. But in the evening there is a interesting coutry music or jazz

Some of the staff are addicts themselves so they fit right in with the rest of the place lol The place is very old yet has maintained it's integrity to an extent. Special privileges are given to select individuals so it is beneficial to some guests that have become regular fixtures

The location In On Hastings You need to Pass Lots of Homless And Ppl Doing And Useing Drugs to Get to the Hotle where it iz Service With the Staff ppl that Part time and Full time Works Here Not As meany Englsh Staff Real can Talk the Engalsh Here at this hotle snd for the Rooms EVER ever Small 2 adlats and 2 Kids Real small Rooms At this Hotle

An historic Vancouver spot in Vancouver's Downtown East side. Ignore everything you've heard.. it's a very safe place, that we've been frequenting for years. Worth the free Jazz Saturday afternoons (by donation), the good freshlyrics brewed beer & tasty pub grub. Friendly service, decent prices
