The air conditioning in my room was quite noisy when it started up, but everything else was fine.
Overall a good hotel and would book there again. They don’t have smart tv’s in the room so was unable to stream Netflix or any of those. A microwave in the room would be handy too
Excellent location. Pet friendly hotel so you can hear barking sound. Great place to stay.
Recently stayed at Pantages Hotel during a trip to Toronto. The men at the front desk were welcoming and kind. The check in and check out process was easy and my room was ready early.
The room was really spacious, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was new and clean. I had a great stay and given the location, the price was very good. The only negative was the tv was outdated and didn't work...
Amazing and friendly staff. Service was great but it was a pain having to ask for extra coffee pods/milk/sugar for the ensuite coffee machine.
Had the most lovely weekend experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond at every request I had in such a kind manner. The rooms were extremely clean and practical while being aesthetically pleasing. Cleaning staff was precise and ensured the bedding was made every day. Only inconvenient part was not having parking for the hotel itself, have to just part across the street or nearby so...

Great location. The rooms are nice and well-maintained.
This staff at this Residence Inn goes the extra mile and truly provided us a home away from home! First the basics: smooth and easy check-in on a stormy winter night; super clean room with amenities other Residence Inns sometimes forget like extra silverware and blankets; fresh and wholesome breakfast with actual glasses, mugs and silverware, not plastic; perfectly maintained pool with much less chlorine...
The people at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked and includes different types of eggs, meats, yogurt bar with various toppings and oatmeal. All the different types of drinks that you would expect.
The rooms were clean and well maintained. I was in a suite and I enjoyed all of the space. No dust in the vents and caulking in the bathroom areas was in great shape...
I had a short stay in this hotel after a Redeye flight and everything has been excellent.
They offert me a late checkout without me asking and take the cost for transportation to the airport and back.
Rooms were clean and very large.
The only thing to improve is the breakfast. Even when included it can be a little better.
Marriott Platinum member. Got upgraded to 2 room suite. Room was clean, although shower shampoo and body wash containers were empty. Business center computers were inoperative. Breakfast was fine, daily options changed everyday. Very quiet inside, ask for a room on the North side (even number rooms) for a quieter experience. Gym and pool very nice.
This was a contract hotel for a nearby clinic where I was having surgery. The hotel is very clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our 5 night stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. Their hot breakfast was very good and was kept stocked up right until it closed at 9am. The breakfast area was spotless clean. They don't have an airport shuttle but will reimburse up to $28 for an...

Clean, comfortable room. Excellent service, Superb location in downtown Toronto.
My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing staycation here…we upgraded to the premium room which had gorgeous decor (in our opinion of course) and one of the best showers I’ve enjoyed anywhere. So walkable to amazing restaurants and cocktail bars. We knew it would be a quality place, but it really exceeded our expectations. We’ll be back!
Beautiful hotel in a great location with generously sized rooms. What really set this place apart from other hotels we’ve stayed at in Toronto, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, and truly guest-oriented. They were eager to assist without ever being snotty or pretentious. From the housekeeping staff to the valets and front desk team, everyone was exceptional and made our...
A high-end hotel - as indicated by the room quality, the excellent staff, the location, and the decor, among other things - this is hands down my favourite stay in Toronto, and I'm here often.
It is a bit worn, but it's a really nice clean hotel if you are staying in Toronto for a while. There are only a few minutes to the main arenas and still only a 40min walk to the coca cola colusseum. Close to a lot of things on King street, Blue Jay street and John Street. Nice staff all around.
Stayed at Le Germain Mercer in late Oct 2025; very comfortable room, good location near restaurants and an easy 20-minute walk from Union Station - even closer to Scotiabank Place and CN Tower. Very pleasant and professional staff and reasonably priced. After my stay, my account had an old email address on it (our fault) so I didn't get my receipt by email. Called a month later to have a new one...

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and responded quickly to all requests. The shuttle service was excellent.
Yes, you can hear the planes taking off, but that’s part of the charm — you’re very close to the airport, which makes it incredibly convenient, especially for overnight layovers. The room had everything I needed, and I felt comfortable and at...
It was perfect for a layover over and a good nights sleep before my flight!
Enjoyed watching the planes land as the hotel is along the flight path. Nice
I had a nice stay. However parking seems limited and certainly not big vehicle friendly.
My room was nice. The thick mattress provided a good sleep with no backache in the morning.
My room was on the third floor and to my surprise, when turning on the water taps, instant hot and ice cold water was delivered. The washroom sink drained real well. No pooling at all.
The room didn't have any carpeting...
A terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place even for a few hours of sleep before an early flight. The old man at reception was rude when I called for a shuttle pickup. He told me to wait at the ground floor (S3 column), but the driver actually picked people up from the first floor (F3). I waited for 30 minutes and had to call several times before realizing his mistake. No apology was offered...
Very close to the airport with courtesy shuttle made travel convenient. Rooms and restaurant were very nice. Parking is tight but do-able. Rate was very good. Service was very good. Pool area brings my rating down a bit. The jet spa had weak jets and the bathroom was locked. Overall very good stay.

Room smelt funny and the bedding was kind of gross but we got to park for the length of our trip and our car was untouched when we came back. So it was exactly what we wanted it to be. The shuttle service to and from the airport was also great - quick and easy. Would do again.
I love this place, customer service amazing, room clean
Price was high for the area however convenient to highways and airport. Breakfast was okay with scrambled eggs sausage and home fries . Old guy in the kitchen was grumpy but other than him all were very pleasant and friendly
stay was good, the hotel was clean except the floors were a little dirty. Staff always pick up the phone on the second attempt, which is annoying 🙄
Nice room, clean. Convenient location and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

Its a great spot for a night or two, specially if u wanna go out in downtown Toronto. Your at the heart of downtown pretty much. Dont expect too much though. It gives Motel vibes, but its not bad at all.
Room is not too bad. However when I came, about three cupboards had garbage,a dress and some things in the night stand. House keeping should make sure when a person leaves to check all these places and do a thorough clean. Also the bed next to the wall has cigarette burns on the comforter which goes through the sheet and duvet which makes me think the sheets were not changed in between check ins. Since...
The main drawback of this location is that it is temporary housing for the unhoused. If this is an issue, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. In my experience, this part was fine, and the rooms themselves were clean, despite lacking some amenities without first requesting them (namely a coffee maker).
I’d be more bullish if not for the annoying check out process. Most hotels will place a deposit on your...
Great location, the staff was super nice. The rooms have been updated and were very clean as well.
There are some interesting characters in the neighbourhood, but the price and location were well worth it for our visit.
Staff were courteous, parking was easy. Our floor was quiet. This is definitely a case of, “you get what you pay for”. Very run down overall, but clean in appearance. Bed was comfortable. Room was scorching hot even with the heat turned off. Bathroom door didn’t close, which was funny if anything. The location worked for the purposes of my trip, but overall not somewhere I would stay for a cozy, relaxing...
The room was very simple and clean. The front staff were both very friendly. There were lots of cameras set up front to ease the worry of the people hanging around outside at all times of day. The surrounding area downtown was easily assessable. Lots of fun stuff to do near by. We were in the city for a concert so this was a good place to stay as everything was close.

Was celebrating my wife's 50th and wanted to make sure she had a great experience.
She was over the moon, checkin was seamless, a glass of sparkling while she waited.

Beautiful hotel. The rooftop restaurant offers a fantastic view with delicious meals. Walking distance to theatres and other attractions, and right in the middle of so many amazing restaurants. Also. It always smells so good in the lobby. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. You are close to some great coffee shops and of course the Jays.
Overpriced - We had to wait almost 2 hours for check in - got another room , not what we had booked. Breakfast on a view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing.
The Nina room was super cute! I love that this lux hotel includes a really great restaurant on 44th floor, Kost. As well as Mister C lounge and bar near the lobby. Even though there was snow outside this felt like the percent spot to be. The service was out of this world, I will definitely return!

This was the second time I stayed in this place due to its proximity to the business I was visiting. The room was reasonably clean and bed was comfortable, although everything looked dated. It cost us $130 and the room is like a motel room worth $60... However, the last at the front desk was very nice and the location was right next to McDonald's which was cool. Like, right beside it. Hotel Ocho Toronto is an absolute gem. Stylish, cozy, and full of character, it perfectly blends modern comfort with historic charm. Room was clean. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Location was amazing- lots of good food options nearby.
Only issue was the AC / heat was super loud! In the middle of the night the fan would turn on and wake me up! And of course there was no way to turn the fan off without shutting the heat off (which isn’t good when it’s -20°C).

It’s old run down hotel with super low ceilings on the room floors. The room was clean and average. Only reason to stay here was for central location.
The maid service was great. The front desk service was ok. The room was old and not updated.
The room wasn't big, and I didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on it. Overall, the hotel facilities seemed a bit old and the environment wasn't great. However, given the affordable price, it was acceptable for a short, temporary stay.
This hotel is in a convenient location near the bus station, and the staff are friendly. However, the property is in desperate need of upgrades. While the rooms are kept clean, they feel very out dated. There is an on-site bar, but it’s basic—really only good for a quick drink if you’re in a pinch.
Prospective guests should know there aren't many dining options nearby, so plan on ordering Uber Eats...
beds are horrible. Bed frame came out as a sharp knife, covered with bedsheet. My wife hit that end of frame and had punctured her leg. I called the hotel office, he called the repair person in the middle of night and fixed the bed frame. My wife was with pain in the leg for 7 days.

Great B&B! So friemdly owner and best breakfast we had on our trip. Lovely house, not new but charming, quite and clean.
Great B&B. I find the rickety stairs and Victorian character, front and back porches make this an adventure to visit. The house manager is charming and detail protected.
This small bed and breakfast /guest house is great. It is fairly close to downtown Toronto and it costs a lot less than the downtown hotels in Toronto. The breakfast is fantastic and the guesthouse has a nice courtyard outback that is great to sit on when the weather is good.
