The air conditioning in my room was quite noisy when it started up, but everything else was fine.

Overall a good hotel and would book there again. They don’t have smart tv’s in the room so was unable to stream Netflix or any of those. A microwave in the room would be handy too

I had a short stay in this hotel after a Redeye flight and everything has been excellent. They offert me a late checkout without me asking and take the cost for transportation to the airport and back. Rooms were clean and very large. The only thing to improve is the breakfast. Even when included it can be a little better.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing staycation here…we upgraded to the premium room which had gorgeous decor (in our opinion of course) and one of the best showers I’ve enjoyed anywhere. It is a bit worn, but it's a really nice clean hotel if you are staying in Toronto for a while. There are only a few minutes to the main arenas and still only a 40min walk to the coca cola colusseum. Close to a lot of things on King street, Blue Jay street and John Street. Nice staff all around.

A terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place even for a few hours of sleep before an early flight. The old man at reception was rude when I called for a shuttle pickup. He told me to wait at the ground floor (S3 column), but the driver actually picked people up from the first floor (F3). The room was very simple and clean. The front staff were both very friendly. There were lots of cameras set up front to ease the worry of the people hanging around outside at all times of day. The Nina room was super cute! I love that this lux hotel includes a really great restaurant on 44th floor, Kost. As well as Mister C lounge and bar near the lobby. Even though there was snow outside this felt like the percent spot to be. The service was out of this world, I will definitely return!

Room was clean. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Location was amazing- lots of good food options nearby. Only issue was the AC / heat was super loud! In the middle of the night the fan would turn on and wake me up! And of course there was no way to turn the fan off without shutting the heat off (which isn’t good when it’s -20°C). Bring earplugs.

I stayed for two nights at the start of February and it was great. The staff are super friendly and the room and amenities were great.
