Long Shao Heng Hotel in Beijing

I generally don’t give negative reviews unless it’s too much.
I booked a family room and when I entered the hotel, I found that there was only one bed and all the daily necessities were for two people. Then I called the front desk and asked where my bed was and where my daily necessities were. Then the front desk asked my aunt to get them for me. After waiting for the auntie to come, my mother's sofa is yes, it is a sofa bed. Forget it, the folding part is either the sole part of the foot is upturned or the folding part is sunken, and it looks like a rocking chair. Auntie told me that I can just lie on it at night. I tried it at night and my feet were still turned up. The introduction said that even if the bed is 1.2 meters, the sofa bed is not even 1.2 meters big. There is no need for such false advertising. I really accepted it. Isn’t staying in a hotel just for rest? This bed surprised me. Stayed

I redeemed my points for an extra piece of fruit. When I arrived, I only had the fruit that my points redeemed for my stay. There was no good night fruit that was given in the order.

When I placed the order, I called to inquire. A young lady answered the phone and spoke very carefully. On the day of check-in, someone also called to ask what time to check in. I thought the hotel was very attentive and I was very happy.

Staff service is really good. The security guard opened the door enthusiastically when entering and exiting the hotel.
There is a free fruit plate and free mineral water.
But the decoration is really too shabby.
The wallpaper was peeling in several places.
The worst part was the bathroom, I couldn't stand in it. So dirty.
