The service was incredibly thoughtful. They upgraded my room during check-in, and I got to enjoy a beautiful night view of the Third Ring Road. Pros: The room is very spacious, with a bathtub and two bay windows offering great views! It's also very convenient that food deliveries are brought up by a robot. Cons: The comb was too soft; with my long hair, it just bent, so the quality isn't good.

The Beijing International Hotel has a prime location, just a short walk from the subway entrance. The front desk recognized my membership and proactively upgraded my room. Trip.com's customer service provided excellent follow-up throughout, making me feel very well taken care of by the platform. The room was new, clean, and well soundproofed. The bedding was just right – neither too soft nor too firm...

The facilities are quite old. The air conditioning was ineffective, even after running it all night, the room temperature stayed around 27 degrees Celsius, leaving me covered in sweat. Maintenance came to fix it but it didn't improve. On the last day, I couldn't stand it anymore and switched rooms. The AC in the new room was better, but the bathtub had several cracked areas with rings of black grime...

The location is great, just a few hundred meters from several subway stations. There's a large market nearby, which is very convenient for buying food. The room is quite spacious, and both the cleanliness and service are excellent! The value for money, in particular, is amazing – 699 for two nights during the Qingming Festival is an absolute steal! You can tell it's an older hotel that's been renovated, as some of the fixtures are still original.
