Very satisfied with my stay. I was granted an upgrade at check-in. The staff at the East Station were very friendly. There were many restaurant options, and the transportation was convenient.

The hotel's room service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Before arrival, they proactively called to ask about any special room requests. After checking in, our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and we were even greeted with welcome fruit and a handwritten welcome letter. During our stay, April, our butler, was always quick to respond and deliver whenever we messaged her for laundry service, power strips, or anything else we needed. Her service was professional and efficient. The hotel breakfast was a definite highlight, with Fujian fish balls and rouyan (swallow dumplings) being unique and delicious. The room itself was spacious, featuring a separate living room, bedroom, and two bathrooms, which was very convenient.

Staying at the East Station, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a more comfortable and clean room. They were also very accommodating and allowed me a late check-out when I requested it. The hotel is newly renovated, conveniently located, and the facilities, ambiance, cleanliness, and service are all excellent.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! I booked this hotel because I wanted to play some games. After reserving the room, I communicated with the butler beforehand about the games I wanted to play, and he said he'd set them up so I could play immediately upon check-in. Well, turns out they weren't working at all. When I contacted the front desk, they actually told us to add the PS5 after-sales support on WeChat ourselves to resolve the issue! You heard that right, a five-star hotel telling guests to sort out their own problems. And don't even get me started on the VR mentioned in the title – I never even saw it.

The second incident was even more bizarre. I ordered an ice cream delivery, and when it arrived, I asked the front desk to send it up. They readily agreed, saying they'd send it up as soon as they found it. Almost 20 minutes later, it still hadn't arrived. I called the front desk again, and they again readily promised to send it up. After another five minutes, the front desk called back asking if I needed the delivery brought up to the room! We confirmed yes, and the person on the phone actually said they thought we wanted to pick it up ourselves. Excuse me, what did I say in my previous two calls, and what did you agree to? Did you lose your memory? I truly don't understand. It took half an hour to finally get the delivery. I've never stayed in a hotel with such terrible service. Does this even qualify as a five-star hotel? I seriously doubt their rating standards.

The hotel's location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and there are many dining options. I had a satisfying stay. The East Station helped arrange an upgrade, which was very thoughtful and excellent!

The room was very clean and tidy, with convenient transportation. The staff provided excellent service, making for a great experience. Breakfast was plentiful, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. It's one of the better hotels in the area.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The city plaza on the second basement floor is an added bonus. The rooms are simple, comfortable, clean, and the service is excellent.
