The room was pretty good. Its location inside the Second Ring Road made it very convenient for getting around, which was great since it was raining in Beijing and they had free underground parking for the day. Breakfast was decent, nothing special. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Beijing West and Beijing South railway stations, and it's also very close to Niujie. The rooms are spacious. While the hotel itself is a bit older, the service is excellent; they proactively offered to help with our luggage. The coffee at the cafe is also good.

I booked four rooms for the May Day holiday, and everyone was very satisfied. The staff's service attitude was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. The rooms had humidifiers, O'Long toiletries, and even smart toilets. Kids' toothbrushes and slippers were all provided. There was also a pastry making class, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the transportation was very convenient, with the subway entrance just a few hundred meters away. I've already recommended it to my friends!

Unexpectedly, I found a hotel in Beijing that was pretty good in all aspects. The staff were very warm and attentive, especially the cleaning lady who thoughtfully provided laundry detergent – definitely a big thumbs up for that! The 'banknotes' issued by the hotel could be exchanged for popcorn and cotton candy in the lobby, which the kids absolutely loved. Oh, and the coffee in the lobby was delicious too. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out, so overall, it was a great experience! 👍

The hotel lobby is grand, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The subway station is very close, and it's also very convenient to get a taxi. It's a smooth ride to both Beijing West Railway Station and Fengtai Railway Station. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to Niu Jie for authentic halal snacks. A really great hotel!

The hotel is very clean, and the service is beyond five-star. I've stayed in so many hotels around the world, but the service at this one really impressed me. We spent the first two nights at a 5-star hotel, but my kids actually preferred this 4-star one! We even got a free upgrade to an executive room, and although it was at the end of the hallway, it didn't affect our stay. We received vouchers for popcorn and candy figurines at the lobby, which the kids absolutely loved. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Niujie subway station. To give my two children the experience of taking the Daxing Airport Express, we specifically chose to take the subway to Daxing Airport, and the journey took about 50 minutes and was very smooth. Highly recommended!

Booked two rooms with a friend for our trip. Seeing the 4.9 rating on Ctrip, I figured even though it looked old, it must have its merits. Now I realize the high rating might be because the hotel staff are *very* attentive, perhaps to a fault. In my opinion, it's probably closer to a 4.3.

**Pros:**
1. **Location:** It's close to Niujie (Ox Street), just two traffic lights and a right turn, so food and drinks are easily accessible.
2. **Service:** The staff were indeed quite enthusiastic (even during the May Day holiday, guests generally don't have a lot of spare time for enthusiasm).
3. **Family-friendly:** The hotel offers some parent-child services and activities, like giving sugar paintings to children.

**Cons:**
1. **Outdated Rooms:** The rooms are definitely old. And old is one thing, but perhaps I got a bad direction, because the entire room only had one chair. My friend and I had to take turns sitting when we ate something. I booked this in advance for May Day, but then the room rates dropped significantly during the holiday, which really shows how low the occupancy rate must have been.
2. **Pool Quality:** The swimming pool is in the office building next to the guest room elevators. In reality, it was dirty, old, and open to the public. There were even foreign children spitting in the pool. This is absolutely not the standard of a five-star hotel pool and doesn't match what was advertised online.
3. **Bedding Issues:** I asked for an extra thin blanket for the king-sized bed, but a service staff member who spoke unclear Mandarin said they didn't have one. In May, they provided a duvet, so I ended up just using the duvet cover.
4. **Feedback Handling:** I offered some constructive criticism, and the hotel essentially said they couldn't make changes but asked me not to leave a bad review.

The room was spacious and quiet. Housekeeping cleaned daily and replenished amenities. The front desk staff were very friendly and even prepared activity gifts for children during the May Day holiday. Special thanks to Xiao Zhao, Xiao Hu, and Xiao Xue for their excellent service!

The location is convenient, only about a ten-minute drive from both Beijing South Railway Station and Beijing West Railway Station. The surrounding neighborhood is also quiet and clean.

The hotel facilities are well-equipped (the rooms even have smart bidets), and the service is friendly. Breakfast is decent, with good quality. Excellent!
