I never write hotel reviews, but this Grand Hyatt was truly disappointing. I used to stay at Hyatts quite often, but due to company hotel contracts, I haven't stayed there as much in recent years. I have stayed at the Spire Elite InterContinental, and I'm also a Ritz-Carlton Gold member. I don't like to nitpick about hotels, since it's just a one-night stay. This time, I informed the hotel in advance that I could check in early, but when I arrived at the front desk at 11 am, they told me I couldn't check in until 12 pm, even though there were rooms available.
