Atour X Zhongguancunkexuecheng Sijiqing Hotel in Beijing

The day I checked in at Atour Hotel in Sijiqing, there was a big hailstorm. As a southerner, it was the first time I saw such a big hailstorm. As luck would have it, I got a fever when I arrived at the hotel. My throat hurt as if it was cut. I asked the front desk to borrow a thermometer. The front desk guy Hengle heard my hoarse voice and kindly gave me a fever-reducing patch. I didn't know until I tried it. I was shocked. The fever reached 39 degrees. I estimated that the thermometer would explode if the fever continued. Unexpectedly, about 10 minutes later, the front desk guy Hengle called my room and asked about my situation. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate. I was really touched. I told her about my situation and prepared to go to the hospital. About three minutes later, the manager Le Shu at the front desk knocked on my door and told me that the car had been booked and that he would take me to the hospital. What I didn’t expect was that the girl Chen Wan at the front desk had prepared brown sugar ginger tea for me in advance and accompanied me to see a doctor. After arriving at the hospital, the manager Le Shu at the front desk was busy registering, and the girl Chen Wan at the front desk accompanied me throughout the whole process. When I was given the antipyretic solution in the emergency room, the girl Chen Wan kept rubbing her palms to warm up my cold infusion tube. The next day after I returned to the hotel, my bedside table had become a miniature nursing station. The electronic thermometer sounded regularly to remind me to take measurements. Even the takeaways were considerately prepared to be placed at my bedside, and the straws were folded into a wavy shape for drinking water in bed. I was in tears. Atour Hotel’s service is so good that I fell in love with Atour. I must stay here again in the future.

Very satisfied, you can see that they put a lot of effort into it. The toilet seat is also heated, and it is very comfortable in the room with the air conditioner set at 23 degrees. I went downstairs to get the pancakes in the morning, and the front desk was very enthusiastic to remind me that they could use a robot to deliver it next time. Very thoughtful.

I stayed at the Atour Liuliqiao Hotel during the Chinese New Year this year. The front desk was very considerate. When the guests checked out, the front desk attendant gave the guests a bottle of warm water in the winter. It felt good.

This time I checked in at Sijiqing Atour Hotel in the middle of the night. The waiters were very enthusiastic. But they seemed unfamiliar with the business. It took a lot of time to check in. What was ridiculous was that the young waiter came up and knocked on the door after I checked in. I didn't open the door because it was inconvenient. Because I was very tired after a day of business trip and wanted to fall into bed and sleep. But in just 5 minutes, the front desk called again and said that I should be given a big bed, but accidentally gave two single beds. I declined.

The next day I went to the front desk to argue, and the staff who changed shifts were more senior. I apologized and gave a small gift from the Atour Hotel to express my apology. It was also a kind of comfort. Thank you Atour

The hotel's breakfast was also very rich, with all kinds of food, and there was also supper porridge to meet the needs of different tastes. Moreover, the environment of the hotel is very quiet, and the surrounding facilities are also very convenient. This stay experience is particularly good, and I will come again next time!
