Hotel Indigo Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town by IHG

Shenzhen, No.9026 Shennan Ave (9 km from centre) 🧭

1.2 km

This is my child's favorite hotel recently, and everyone here is so nice! From Jiet, who helped with my luggage at the concierge, to Alice at the front desk for check-in, and Yuki at the executive lounge, as well as the friendly staff at the restaurant and housekeeping – everyone is incredibly thoughtful and kind. Every stay feels just like coming home! 👍

We spent a long time choosing a hotel for our anniversary this year and ended up being very satisfied. First, the room was comfortable and had a balcony. Depending on the orientation, some rooms offered views of Happy Valley, while others overlooked Window of the World. The surrounding area is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The front desk lady provided exceptional service with thoughtful...

Five-star rating for Minna, who was prompt and handled issues effectively, significantly enhancing our stay. Also, kudos to the restaurant front desk attendant, who was gentle and enthusiastic, helping us with our problems. The balcony view is decent; you can see Window of the World. The hotel's interior design is quite good, consistent with Indigo's usual style. However, there were many downsides...

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, and the transportation was convenient and fast. It's suitable for family travel. The front desk staff were patient, meticulous, and thoughtful, and they even upgraded my room for free, especially the staff member named Chine.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The rooms are well-equipped, and the hygiene is top-notch with no unpleasant odors. My stay was very pleasant; the overall environment was quiet and comfortable. It was a very satisfying experience, and I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit Shenzhen.

I stayed at the Pinglong Hotel with my kids for our vacation. We originally booked for two nights, and the service from Tone and Hele was excellent. I highly recommend Pinglong Hotel; it's the top choice for family trips! We came here with our kids for a vacation and stayed two nights initially. We were so satisfied with the environment, cleanliness, and service that we immediately decided to extend...

The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan

Shenzhen, No. 9028-2 Shennan Avenue, Nanshan, 518053 Shenchzhen, Guandun, Kitay (9 km from centre) 🧭

1.3 km

The room was excellent, the facilities were great, the pool was fantastic, the service was superb, and the view was amazing. A few things really stood out: first, they thoughtfully gave us a complimentary breakfast since we were traveling with two kids; second, they arranged a room with a view of Window of the World for us; and third, even though our original room on the sixth floor already had a great...

The hotel's location is fantastic, right above a subway station and connected to a mall, with Window of the World just across the street. There's an outdoor pool, but it's not heated; an indoor pool would be a great addition. I booked a room with a view to watch the drone show. The room maintenance was okay, but the shower in the bathroom wasn't good – the door didn't close properly, and water leaked...

The hotel room was clean and comfortable with excellent facilities, and the express service center staff were very welcoming!

Stayed at this hotel again! The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel's location is superb, right opposite Window of the World and behind Happy Valley, making it perfect for families with kids. Plus, it's right next to a shopping mall, which is super convenient for dining and shopping!

The Westin's room was in my ideal location – directly facing a scenic spot with a large mall downstairs, offering everything from dining to entertainment. Absolutely flawless in that regard. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the room was a bit small, especially with a large bathtub squeezed into a tight space, making it awkward to walk around. It's just a design issue, I suppose. Also, there...

The hotel service is attentive, and the staff at the express service center are very friendly. A pleasant experience overall.

Shenzhen Century Garden Hotel (Nanshan Window of the World)

Shenzhen, No. 118-5 Shahe East Road, Shahe Subdistrict (10 km from centre) 🧭

1.3 km

Service: Pretty good, I recommend everyone give it a try. Relatively speaking, it's quite decent, and the overall environment is also very nice. If you come to this place again in the future, you could try checking this place out and then see if you'd like to choose it.

Cleanliness: Very clean, and they even use alcohol to disinfect, ensuring the safety of the next guest checking in. Service: The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel's service was also very good. Giant Screen Cinema Experience: The projector in the giant screen room was high-definition, highly recommended.

Why did I say the service was just 'satisfactory'? Because it was actually a bit lacking. The night before last, I really needed a nail clipper because my nail had split and it was quite painful. I asked to borrow one, and they said they'd send a robot with it. After a long wait, we called again, and only then did they tell us they didn't have any left. How coincidental that they ran out right then...

The location is great, with a food street nearby and convenient transportation. It's very modern and the environment is beautiful and clean. The only downside is the poor Wi-Fi, which needs improvement.

Hotel location was great. Close to a few site seeing spots. The cleanliness, comfort and hotel staff were all amazing.

The hotel was 15 minutes away to tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

Bay Breeze Resort

Shenzhen, No. 2018 Binhai Avenue, Nanshan District (8 km from centre) 🧭

The room was great, service was quick, and I had a very comfortable stay. They even delivered my takeout right to the room. It's super convenient for getting to the airport and the border crossing.

Bluewhale Bay is definitely the hidden gem hotel I discovered this year! The rooms offer excellent privacy, and ours came with a lush, green courtyard – perfect for a night of drinks and chats with friends, it had such a great vibe! The service was consistently top-notch, with all the staff being friendly and always ready to help. The Cantonese dim sum at breakfast was very authentic, and I highly...

This resort offers excellent value for money! The room was clean and odor-free, and the bedding was very comfortable. The Cantonese dim sum breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in a quiet spot despite being in a bustling area, and you can even see mangroves when you take a stroll in the evening. Front desk staffer Xiao Zhang's service was a major plus – she was friendly and efficient.

Upon arrival, our room was already prepared. Ms. Sally from the front desk escorted us to our room, explaining all the facilities and amenities. She was very polite and provided excellent service. The room itself was spacious and cozy. The Cantonese dim sum breakfast was also very generous. We were extremely satisfied!

Very good experience here with my friend. Highly recommended

the service, facility and food are great. Look forward for next vacation stay.
