This is my child's favorite hotel recently, and everyone here is so nice! From Jiet, who helped with my luggage at the concierge, to Alice at the front desk for check-in, and Yuki at the executive lounge, as well as the friendly staff at the restaurant and housekeeping – everyone is incredibly thoughtful and kind. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, and the transportation was convenient and fast. It's suitable for family travel. The front desk staff were patient, meticulous, and thoughtful, and they even upgraded my room for free, especially the staff member named Chine.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The rooms are well-equipped, and the hygiene is top-notch with no unpleasant odors. My stay was very pleasant; the overall environment was quiet and comfortable. It was a very satisfying experience, and I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit Shenzhen.

Service: Pretty good, I recommend everyone give it a try. Relatively speaking, it's quite decent, and the overall environment is also very nice. If you come to this place again in the future, you could try checking this place out and then see if you'd like to choose it.

Cleanliness: Very clean, and they even use alcohol to disinfect, ensuring the safety of the next guest checking in. Service: The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel's service was also very good. Giant Screen Cinema Experience: The projector in the giant screen room was high-definition, highly recommended.

Why did I say the service was just 'satisfactory'? Because it was actually a bit lacking. The night before last, I really needed a nail clipper because my nail had split and it was quite painful. Excellent location, very close to the school and also to tourist attractions. Highly recommend.

The front desk lady had a wonderful attitude; she assigned us a room we were happy with and even proactively suggested nearby tourist routes, which was incredibly thoughtful! The hotel is also very close to the scenic area.

The hotel's location is super convenient, close to several attractions. The front desk service was excellent; they even gave us a free upgrade! The room was spotless and well-maintained. The extended stay rate was also very reasonable. Plus, there's a McDonald's right next door, so food options are really easy.

The location is pretty good, just a short walk from Window of the World and Happy Valley. Although the guesthouse is in a relatively old neighborhood, the rooms are very clean and tidy, just like the pictures on the website. The shared bathroom is also cleaned regularly. I counted three mosquitoes I swatted in one night, and found seven tiny bugs in the bedsheets. After a shower, I enjoyed an evening of dancing with bugs under the charming lights. The floor lamp wouldn't turn off, making the whole room feel like it was ready for an all-night party, and with the bugs crawling around, sleep was impossible.

Stayed at a cozy homestay near Window of the World — perfect location, super clean, and peaceful after a long day out. Comfort + convenience in one place. Would definitely stay again 🌍✨

The outdoor area is average, the indoor area is OK, but the sanitation can be cleaner and tidier.

Nice area in nice neighborhood. But no toilet paper and towels had to be found in the hallway. All in all still good experience.
