Summer Tree Inn in Sanya

Great hotel with family atmosphere. The owner was so helpful with what to do and how to get there. The beach is just 10 minutes away and the scenic area another 10 minutes. Both walking distance and worth visiting. I also went to Nanshan Temple, 1 1/2 hours on the bus, and the bus leaves from the scenic area bus terminal (10 minutes walk as above) You can eat at the hotel or there are plenty of restaurants in town (CNY 10) by DiDi. The owner will also drop you off at the airport (CNY 100) and well worthwhile.

We (2 families - 4 adults and 4 children) stayed here for 13 nights. The hotel has almost no territory, a meter around. The hotel is three-story, 9 rooms, on the first floor you can order food half an hour in advance, the prices are normal, forks are served, on the third floor there is a terrace with tables, as well as a washing machine, powder and a place for drying clothes. You can use the dryer for an extra fee. You can ask for an iron. Very friendly hosts, ready to provide any help. For an extra fee, you can ask for a transfer from / to the airport (the price is normal). The room is cleaned daily and water, shampoo, balm, shower gel, body lotion are replenished, there are toothbrushes and paste, slippers, towels, a hair dryer, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle. The sockets are suitable for European plugs, an adapter is not needed. Opposite the hotel there is a 24-hour store, from drinks and snacks to pads and slippers. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the beach with some elevation changes, it's better to ask the owner for a shortcut. The deer park turned its head in 10 minutes' walk.
A good family hotel.

It's more than ten minutes' walk from Luhuitou. The boss is very good at living. Everywhere is full of the atmosphere of fireworks, as if you are back home. When you leave, he will send you to the car and help you pack your luggage. That's great. I wish your business is prosperous.

We stayed a week, we had a very very good time. The hotel is in a convenient location for everything, with a walk you are on the beach and in the area with all the clubs, bars and supermarkets, there is also a bus stop a few steps away. At the hotel we also rented the electric scooter.
The room was very clean, the hotel is always clean and smells good, you can eat and it is all very good. Top espresso coffee! The owners are friendly, very kind and very helpful, they helped us with everything and with the translator there were never any language problems. There are also birds, fish, turtles and a cuddly dog. It was a beautiful holiday. Thank you so much. ❤️ Paolo and Mara.

Clean and tidy, a home-like B&B. This is my second reservation. There are fresh flowers, cute puppies, and two unique little turtles. The children had a lot of fun. I will stay here again next time.

This is my favorite inn on this trip! The store is very cozy, the boss and his wife are very enthusiastic, and the dog is cute! The boss's care can be seen everywhere at any time! Recommended!

I didn't expect that I could live in such a warm, romantic and unique hotel when I finally left Sanya. The owner is very friendly and there is a puppy named Huaniu. There are many international people living here. The facilities on the rooftop are very complete, with self-service laundry, gym, and delicious food. Next time I come to Sanya, I will choose this hotel again!

The hotel is very close to Dadonghai, and I like its style. It was already very late when we arrived, but the owner was still waiting for us, helping us with parking and luggage, and was very enthusiastic. The room was clean and tidy, but the facilities were a bit old and not soundproof. His dog is really super cute, a timid little girl, I like it so much!

In September 2024, a very important wish was realized. I brought my family to Sanya and chose Xia Shu Inn to make our family’s trip warmer, happier, clean and comfortable accommodation environment, sincere and enthusiastic communication, delicious food and high cost performance The delicious meals and the company of cute little animals made this trip particularly perfect. I would like to thank everyone I met in Xia Shu. I have sincerely recommended this warm inn to my friends who are interested in traveling. The operator Use your own actions to interpret your slogan, an inn with warmth. I hope Xia Shu will get better and better, and hope that more and more like-minded friends will be lucky enough to experience Xia Shu's unique warmth.

Great value. The room is exactly the same as the picture, and it is very convenient to wash and dry clothes. The disposable toothbrushes, hair dryers, and slippers in the room are of relatively good quality. In addition, I have to praise the boss for his efficiency. We parked the car outside and a custard apple fell on the windshield at night. So I asked the boss if he had a water pipe that I could borrow to flush it out the next morning. The result was not long after Then we found that the boss had already washed it for us, and the entire vehicle had been washed.
In addition, if you really don’t want to go out to eat, you can also order food at the inn, which tastes good too.
