The room was really modern, and the view of the ocean and hotel pool from my window was fantastic. Guest Relations Agent 5432 reached out proactively to understand my needs, which was a great touch. The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby. I'd definitely consider staying at Autograph again next time.

The room decor is quite modern and youthful, including the lounge chairs or small sofas by the window, which really suit a younger aesthetic. The oblique sea view is decent. If you consider the Marriott as part of the same complex, there's a bit of shared public space, but it's negligible compared to hotels in Haitang Bay. The service was pretty average; they really struggled to cope with the influx of guests during Chinese New Year. From housekeeping to the restaurant, everyone was working hard, but issues kept popping up. The soundproofing in the room wasn't a major problem; it's hard to expect absolute quiet given the environment of Dadonghai, but it wasn't noisy either. Precisely because it's a high-traffic area, getting a taxi was a nightmare – you basically needed to book half an hour in advance. If you're looking for a lively atmosphere during peak season, this place definitely delivers, and the Chinese New Year vibe was strong. But if you want a relaxing getaway, I'd recommend looking in a different area.

The hotel is located right by Dadonghai Beach. In terms of service, Guest Relations Officer 5560 followed up to ensure a great experience, and the staff were all very enthusiastic. As for facilities, the room maintenance is pretty good, and the layout is ideal. Regarding hygiene, the cleaning was quite thorough. The room also had excellent natural light and a beautiful view. I'll definitely be back!

Overall, my stay was pretty good. The service was quite attentive, especially from Guest Relations 5560. She was quick to respond whenever I had a request. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around. My room on the 19th floor had a nice view, overlooking Dadonghai Tourist Area. The mountain and sea scenery here is indeed beautiful. I might even come back to stay here again in the future. Plus, it's a short walk from the lobby straight to the beach.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at recently, so I specifically came to leave a positive review! First off, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, though unfortunately, I didn't get any photos. A day before our arrival, the hotel staff contacted us to confirm our check-in needs. Josie from guest relations was very helpful in arranging our room. The room was new, well-equipped, and offered a great view of Dadonghai. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the city center and right in the Dadonghai area. We had a very pleasant stay. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the hairdryer to a Dyson.

Seeing that we had a child with us, she arranged for kid-friendly toiletries and a simple room decoration, even putting up New Year window decals. Overall, our stay was excellent. The bedding was comfortable, the hygiene was impeccable, and the service was outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located near Dadonghai, making it easy to get around and find food and drinks. Highly recommended!

Overall, my stay was quite good. The service was excellent, especially from Guest Relations team member 5560. She was very responsive whenever I needed assistance. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around. The 180-degree sea view room definitely offers a superior view, overlooking Dadonghai Tourist Area. It's really easy to get around from here. The room decor is quite modern and suitable for younger guests. I'd definitely recommend staying here. While the resort grounds aren't huge, they're perfect for taking photos and a leisurely stroll.

The hotel's service was excellent. My friend and I were both on the 16th floor, which was a great experience with lovely views of both the mountains and the sea. Guest Relations Consultant 5560 followed up on our stay, diligently checking in on our needs daily. The resort grounds are very picturesque for photos. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and the balcony view of the sea was very relaxing.

Out of the five hotels I've stayed at in Sanya, including Atlantis, I personally found this one even better. First off, the lobby is incredibly quiet, unlike the chaotic marketplace feel of Atlantis. Most of the guests here are young adults, with very few children, so it's not overly noisy. Plus, there are plenty of beautiful women! The room decor really suits a youthful aesthetic. While it's not a sea-view room, if you're not fixated on ocean views and prioritize a modern, stylish design, this hotel is definitely a great choice [strong emoji]. Breakfast runs until 1 PM, with a wide variety of delicious options – it easily doubles as lunch [kissing emoji]. The service is excellent across the board. Everything, including the infinity pool, heated pool, and bar, was fantastic. This is by far the most satisfying of the five luxury hotels I've stayed in [folded hands emoji].
