This time, I specifically brought my child to Sanya for a vacation and booked a garden-view room. The entire stay was incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect family trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations.

What surprised me the most was the hotel's butler service. Nicole proactively contacted us before check-in to carefully confirm our arrival time and our needs with the child, arranging our room and child-friendly amenities in advance. It was incredibly thoughtful and well-executed. Her communication throughout was gentle and meticulous, and she responded quickly to any questions we had, arranging many details in advance. This made our arrival and check-in very worry-free and seamless, providing an excellent experience.

The garden-view room we stayed in offered a fantastic view. The room was bright, clean, and well-lit, with a lush and exquisite tropical garden right outside the window. The greenery was abundant, and the scenery was incredibly therapeutic. The resort environment was quiet and comfortable, with neatly trimmed plants and fresh air. Looking out at the garden view every day, my mood felt incredibly relaxed, making it perfect for a leisurely family vacation with children.

The hotel's family-friendly facilities are truly comprehensive. There's a rich variety of activities and entertainment for children, with different fun games, craft activities, and kids' facilities every day. My child had a blast daily and was never bored. The children's amenities in the room were exceptionally well-prepared, including kids' toiletries, small slippers, pajamas, and toys – everything was provided, showing great attention to detail and thoughtfulness. We didn't need to bring many extra items ourselves.

Overall, the hotel offers thoughtful service, beautiful surroundings, comfortable living and dining, and an excellent family-friendly atmosphere, making it perfect for families traveling with children. I was extremely satisfied with this stay, and the experience was top-notch. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my child to Sanya in the future!

This time, I specifically booked a high-floor sea-view room, and the experience was absolutely divine – definitely the best room type to choose for a Sanya vacation! The high-floor view is truly irreplaceable, with an unobstructed, expansive, and breathtaking frontline sea view. Standing by the floor-to-ceiling window in the room, the entire blue ocean and skyline are in full view, with beautifully layered scenery. Any photo taken turns out like a masterpiece.

The room itself is very clean and bright, spacious and airy, with a generous and comfortable layout. The overall facilities are exceptionally well-maintained, brand new, exquisite, and detail-oriented. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent; despite facing the sea, the room is very quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful night's sleep, completely free from noise. The whole room has excellent natural light, with gentle sunlight streaming in during the day, making the interior bright and soothing, providing a particularly high level of living comfort.

The most amazing aspect is the all-day sea view experience. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise over the sea directly from bed, with the morning light sparkling on the water, creating a gentle and healing scene. During the day, the clear blue sea and sky are in full view, and the sea breeze gently wafts through the window, creating a wonderful atmosphere. In the evening, you can enjoy the stunning sunset over the sea, with the lingering glow spread across the water, a romantic and healing sight. My mood was uplifted by the sea view all day long.

The hotel service was also consistently excellent. The staff were gentle and attentive, and check-in was swift and efficient. Any requests were responded to promptly and handled meticulously. Daily room cleaning was thorough, amenities were well-replenished, and fresh fruit and drinks were thoughtfully provided, full of thoughtful details.

The overall stay experience was perfect. The high-altitude unobstructed sea view, comfortable room environment, and meticulous service truly allowed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I highly recommend choosing the high-floor sea-view room type; the view and experience far exceeded expectations. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sanya!

Excellent service, clean and hygienic, with plenty of activities, and a great catch of fish. I hope to receive the fishing activity prize soon. This was an incredibly cost-effective travel accommodation experience, and I'll definitely choose a more premium room type next time.

I'd like to commend Xiao Chen, the concierge who assisted us during our stay. She added me on WeChat before we even arrived, met us at the hotel entrance, and personally escorted us to our villa for check-in. Upon entering the room, we found fruits and coconuts already prepared. On our second night, a lizard got into our room, and her response was immediate. She stayed with us, helping us move to a new room and diligently assisting with everything. Her WeChat replies were instant, and she even arranged a small gift for us.

The housekeeping staff were all very polite and hardworking. Special mention goes to Sister Cao Hua, who was exceptionally responsible. After learning on our first day that we enjoyed passion fruit, she brought an extra bowl of it daily. Any requests we made for changing cutlery or bedding were handled very quickly.

The biggest surprise at Sanya Ritz was the executive lounge's hospitality. We unlocked five meals a day, with thoughtful desserts, seafood snacks, and specialty noodles. Dining by the window with the sea breeze was incredibly pleasant.

A special shout-out to Alice, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. She anticipated our needs and efficiently resolved any issues. Her service was appropriate and warm, providing just the right amount of care without being overbearing. We truly experienced the Ritz's 'Ladies and Gentlemen' service through Alice and the lounge team.

Great stay with delicious food! The room was spacious and the hotel didn't feel old; the decor was tasteful, almost like a palace. We stayed for two days, and the executive lounge had different main courses every day. The butler service was excellent, very responsive to our requests. The tea and coffee were also very good.

Property lives up to the Ritz standard and reputation. The property is luxurious and the service was amazing from beginning to end. Big thank you to Jennifer and Allison who made our trip memorable. We celebrated our honeymoon and my in laws 40th anniversary. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Fitness center and pools were top notch. The grounds and views are breathtaking. We stayed at another supposedly luxury hotel during our stay and immediately regretted the decision.

Our wedding anniversary trip was absolutely perfect. I'd mentioned it was our anniversary beforehand, and the butler and staff went above and beyond to decorate the room beautifully. They even surprised us with a cake and wine and wished us a happy anniversary, which was incredibly touching.

The room layout was so comfortable, allowing us to swim whenever we wanted and stargaze at night while chatting in the courtyard. The housekeeper who came to deliver fresh laundry would also tidy up a bit, which was a nice touch. I especially want to commend the service; the buggies were available on demand, and the butler was always responsive to our requests, even helping with food deliveries. We could communicate any needs we had at any time.

The breakfast was delicious, and on a nice day, you could enjoy it with a stunning sea view. The hotel's sea fishing service was also excellent; they kept encouraging us, and we ended up with a great catch. It was truly a wonderful trip.

The sea view from the room was incredible, super blue when I took photos around 1 PM! The in-room dining was also delicious. The beachfront restaurant at night had a great ambiance, and it was so pleasant to eat while listening to music. The overall service awareness was very strong; every staff member I encountered would proactively say hello. The cleaning lady even helped me organize my data cables and folded my clothes. A special thanks to Smiling, our butler, for all the timely reminders and helpful tips! I cut my hand while at the beach, and Smiling quickly arranged for a nurse to come to my room for disinfection – truly exceptional service! The travel photography service was also excellent; their photo editing aesthetic was the best among all the hotels I've stayed at! Highly recommended overall~
