Hotel staff was most kind and helpful, attending to my every need !! Hotel grounds was peaceful and serene with ponds and many birds singing!!
I had a very pleasant stay.
Only one item I would improve: the small refrigerators in the mini bar don't seem to work. I changed rooms 3 times due to travel to Nanjing and other places and checking into hotel again. Each time I returned the refrigerator did not keep items cold. 😒

Otherwise, hotel is 5 star!!!

This was my first time booking the Jinji Lake Hotel. Arriving at almost 2 p.m., after checking in, I noticed a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the room. I'm a nonsmoker, but my wife is allergic to cigarette smoke. I called the front desk, and someone was immediately dispatched to address the situation. The lobby manager also came and offered to move us to a nonsmoking room, complete with complimentary drinks in the room. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave us a small gift—service comparable to Japan. A fruit platter was also provided upon check-in. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect place for a trip. The underground garage offers convenient parking. The breakfast was average, with handmade ramen noodles, but I didn't get the Suzhou-style red noodle soup, which was a slight disappointment. However, the downsides outweighed the upsides. I'll definitely book the Jinji Lake Hotel again when I visit Suzhou next time.

The room type is OK, the hotel facilities are also good, the breakfast is quite rich, it is the richest one among the hotels I have eaten in. The hotel environment is also very good. The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful environment. The room is large, clean and the bedding is comfortable. The front desk service is very good, and there is a dedicated butler service. The butlers Xiao Zhao and Xiao Lu are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. They help us order meals and respond to questions at any time. The breakfast is rich in variety and the ingredients are fresh. The waiters at the door are also very good. They help to deliver the luggage to the room and help to push the luggage downstairs when leaving the hotel. The hotel has a battery car that can be taken around the yard.

Service: This time we were traveling with our baby. The front desk upgraded us to a lake view room on the 6th floor. The view was great, and we could see Dushu Lake from afar.
The housekeeper Xiao Gao provided great service. He helped us delay our check-out with our baby. The overall service level of the hotel was very high, and we felt at home.

Environment: The hotel is very suitable for a parent-child vacation. There is a large lawn by the lake where children can run freely, feed swans and small fish, and there are indoor and outdoor playgrounds. The children were very happy to receive small gifts. The hotel is very large and is a large park in itself. It is very convenient to take a shuttle bus to distant places. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is very rich and tastes very good.

During the May Day holiday, I was studying at home and couldn't travel far, so I went to stay by Suzhou Jinji Lake for one night. I chose the Jinji Lake Hotel recommended by a friend in Suzhou. It was really suitable for family travel.
I checked in very late that night and drove in following the navigation. It was very state guest style!
I stayed in Building 6. It was very convenient to take a tour bus to go back and forth. There were scenery on the road. It rained that day and couldn't go out to play the amusement facilities. There was an indoor amusement park instead. The hotel is very large, and it is also beautiful to walk in the rain. I also saw peacocks and fed fish😄

I come to Jinji Lake Hotel to stay every one or two years.
The hotel environment is very good, with a very large and beautiful park, beautiful lawns and scenery.
The children like this hotel very much and feel very relaxed.
The hotel's breakfast and buffet dinner are also very good.
The variety is complete or second, the ingredients are very fresh, and we are very satisfied with the food.
It feels like a hotel where you can stay for two days without going out. The scenery of the hotel is better than many scenic spots.
Special thanks to the front desk girl, who is very friendly every time, and the children also like the small gifts given to children.

The resort was great we loved the location and the grounds. Everyone was super polite and very helpful. The evening Buffet was amazing excellent choice and quality. However we booked the hotel partly because of the large indoor pool, however it was far too cold for our 16 month old to swim in.
