The staffs are friendly. The breakfast is good. There is Cuihu in fron and near a Church. It's great for a walk.

The hotel's greatest strength is its location! It sits directly on the shores of Dushu Lake, adjacent to Bailu Park. Overall, I was very satisfied with the room.
It was clean, spacious, and quite comfortable.
But!!!
The service was truly disappointing!!!
First, there was no laundry room, nor was there any free laundry service. I had to hand-wash my clothes for both days.
Second, the robot food delivery service was incredibly slow; I waited for 40 minutes for my order to be delivered.

The facilities were spotless; they were clean and comfortable. But the front desk staff was abysmal. I've stayed at many hotels, and I've never encountered such service. 1. During check-in, they directly asked the guest's ID card if it was "XXX" who made the reservation. Is calling out the guest's name so loudly in the lobby supposed to protect guest privacy? My friend had already told the front desk that Ms. X had made the reservation, but they insisted on giving out someone else's name. 2. After giving out someone else's name, they even insisted on giving out the room number. Wasn't it on the card? Couldn't I see it myself? I finally stopped them. You don't need to be overly welcoming, but even if you picked a random person to work the front desk, they'd know not to share guest information. There were several other people waiting in line behind me when I checked in. They showed absolutely no regard for guest privacy. This shows a problem with the hotel's staffing; they just randomly assigned anyone to work the front desk.

I used to stay at this hotel often ten years ago. Now that it's been renovated, I'll continue to stay here with friends. The beds are large and comfortable. Just outside the hotel is the Dushu Lake Egret Garden. It's beautiful to walk around and check in at the church. The sanitation and environment are very good, and it's worth staying here.

The hotel has been open for a while, and although the hardware facilities are a bit outdated, the software services are really good! The front desk was enthusiastic and proactive, and the procedures were completed quickly. Manager Geng in the front office arranged exclusive courtesy. I was very satisfied with the room. The view and landscape were great. The fruits delivered were also very fresh and sweet. The breakfast also satisfied the taste buds as always. When checking out, the guy surnamed Yao at the front desk politely and friendly asked about my stay. He also gave me a New Year notebook gift box specially arranged by Manager Geng with blessings from the hotel management. I was flattered. It was both practical and meaningful. , it feels very, very good. It makes me firmly believe that Guanyuan Liusu is my best choice, and I hope the hotel will get better and better! Thank you to the hotel for your attentiveness, thank you to Manager Geng for your attentive service, thank you to Xiao Yao, and see you next time!

It is my first time to stay in your hotel. I feel very good. In the evening, the hotel is opposite the Egret Garden. It is very pleasant to take a walk after the meal.
